I purchased a recliner at the Columbus store and picked it up at there warehouse. I should have taken the plastic off before I took it home in opelika but I didn’t when I got home it was the wrong recliner. Then when I called them and told them it was the wrong recliner the salesman stated that happens all the time and that I had the right recliner. Well I was right they were wrong but never called me are apologize for there mistake I will never purchase nothing from them again.

Highly recommend checking out LaZBoy in Columbus when shopping for new furniture. Went in for their Labor Day sale to buy a sectional for our new house. Our salesperson, Jason Hall, was so great! He even stayed a little late so my boyfriend could get there after work. He was very patient and knowledgeable as he walked us through all of our options and answered our million questions. We were quoted 6-10 weeks for our sectional to be ready, and it actually arrived a couple days before that 6 week mark.(Pro tip - follow them on Facebook to see when they are having sales ??)

My salesman was super helpful. He was knowledgeable of the recliner I was looking for and was helpful in showing me color swatches. He had a good sense of humor and tolerated me teasing him about the prices. It was a very pleasant experience.

There was a gentlemen that helped us and he was VERY helpful. He knew everything and helped us out whether it was financing, customization, and all of their different options. He a real Go to guy! Shouts out to Mr.Tyler.

I first called on a Saturday and spoke with Jason. He answered all of my questions and actually sent me pictures of the sofas that I was looking for. The next day, Sunday I went to Columbus from Opelika to see the sofas in person. I really liked Jason and his salesmanship. He never pressured me, but was always there to answer any questions I had. I ended up buying the sofa that day. Jason was very professional and and had so much information about each style, and what went well with type sofa.

I ordered two recliners from the Columbus Ga store. When I received them they did not match my couch or decor. I was NOT told when I bought them that I could not return them. They said I signed off on it. I guess it was one of the many places I had to initial. I called and spoke with Tameeka and with Marlon about returning them. I realize they were special order but both are beautiful recliners and would sell quickly I am sure. However because they were “special order, They would not take them back or even discuss it. Both were still wrapped in plastic with the tags on them. I was willing to take something off of the showroom floor, pay a restocking fee and even take a loss but they would not budge. I will not buy anything else from them ever!!! You can forget customer service! I am buying two more recliners but not from the Columbus , Ga store.No Marlon did NOT offer to take the leather one back!!! That is his version. I am done with Lazy Boy in Columbus.

I went to La Z Boy initially a couple weeks before my purchase, just to see what they had available. I left without making a purchase, although there was a red leather recliner that I really wanted.Before making a second trip, I called to see if the red recliner was still available, I spoke with Jason and he informed me the recliner was no longer in stock.On my second trip, I was greeted by Jason. I’ve never experienced such great customer service. He not only listened to me as I expressed my sadness about the chair that was sold, he also showed me other viable options, as well as couches as I was also wanting to purchase a couch. He was very patient. He was very thorough throughout the process. Informing me of an optional coverage for furniture as well as educating me on the different types of leather or shall I say imitation leather and the effects if I were to purchase such from a different store; as I was contemplating buying a couch from a different store. He encouraged me to contact the store and ask what material the couch was made out of. He did all this without bad mouthing the other store or trying to force or make me purchase from Lay Z Boy.I saw a recliner and couch that I wanted to purchase; however, I didn’t want to make a purchase that day. I asked if I could reserve it. He informed me I could; however, I had to put down a certain percentage. I agreed.I was about to leave when I saw a recliner, the same as the red one but in a different color. I apologized to him and asked if it was possible to switch recliners, he said I could but because the new recliner was more expensive I it would increase the amount that would have to be secured. I agreed with the increase.We went to process the increase when I realized, you know, never mind I’ll just go ahead and purchase the recliner and couch today.We finished the transaction and I thanked him for all his help. He was a great help!I left but shortly thereafter while in my vehicle, I see Jason running towards my vehicle. I left the leather protector that came with the optional coverage I received.Totally outstanding!!!!!I can’t say enough about how great of an experience I had with Jason atLay Z Boy.

Jason Hall did an awesome job helping us pick out great room furniture that will be perfect for our new house! He gave us suggestions and helped us put together a perfect leather recliner with all the features my husband wanted along with a sofa, ottoman and chair and a half for me. Such a great experience and we will be recommending Lazy Boy and Jason to our friends!

Our salesman - Jason - was extremely helpful and above all intimately knowledgeable of the Lazy Boy product. At no time did we feel pressured. We purchased 2 leather reclining sofas.I definitely like the Lazy Boy product line. I highly recommend finding and dealing with their salesman - Jason.

Jason Hall, Design-Sales consultant in Columbus, GA, spent hours helping me choose a sofa and powered recliner that would meet my needs. Very knowledgeable about chair design, and also fabric selection. Explained extra warranties available and process for obtaining service if needed. Very pleasant. My thanks to him for all his help!
