Pathetic customer service. Lobby is closed so can't see anyone in person. Are we still blaming COVID at this point, people? Come on! Phone system is even worse. Sat on hold 20 minutes. Called back and used the call back feature. Got a call back 10 minutes later only for the system to put me back on hold. After another 25 minutes. Finally got sick of it and hung up. Worse customer service. Get better Liberty!

Total rip off. Gas bill went from $135 one month to $433 the next month. These folks are a total rip off and we are forced to deal with these clowns. They are robbing your money.

The customer service in Columbus, GA at Liberty Gas, need more experience on what's going with their computer system. I was charge $528 for their mistake, due to updates with the computer systems. I talked with one on the manager and she couldn't give me a clear answer on the reading of the gas meters. And had no Ideal what happened, so please check your bill everyday because Liberty Gas in Columbus, GA is over charging their customers. I pay my bills on time every month and sometimes over paid but still, she couldn't answer the question why my gas meter is saying something different from my statement. She also told me that she was going to find out and call me back, I never received a call back. I encouraged everyone to please pay attention to your bill because, they got over on me and I don't won't this to happen to anyone else. This is not a good Company.

Stay away from this gas station!! A friend went and put her card in pay slot and the screen went black she attempted to remove card and it was stuck so she went on inside and the guy looked at her as if she were stupid and did nothing more. She went back out to find the card was stolen along with her wallet and friend went back in yo yell the man and again hot the stare like what do u want me to do. She asked if they had cameras he said no and did nothing more. Didnt help act concerned nor call the cops. Stay away obviously they don't care and your not safe from scammers. Happed april 8th 2022. Have attempted to call all week and something is wrong with the number listed.

The attendant is a lunatic. He was nasty, unprofessional and beligerante because I asked him for my receipt. I was shocked and frightened at the way he treated me.. This happened at on Saturday Oct. 16 at 3:30pm at the Liberty Gas4206 Victory Dr, Columbus, GA . HE SHOULD BE FIRED!! SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG WITH HIM!

They are racist Indians! I gave a teenager some money when he didn't have enough to pay for his items( he was black and I am black) when I got to the register with my items he accused me of stealing and asked to check my purse!!! He was already watching all the black customers in the store!! I opened my bag which had nothing in it!!! I asked for my money back and left their s*** on the counter!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I promise I am not letting this go and if I can sue I would!!!! DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!!!

I don't know about everyone else but I go in their and speak calm, polite, and respectful and have no problems the main reason I go here is because gas is always the cheapest never above $2.29 a Gallon!

I was scheduled for a hook up from 12-4. I drove 4 hours to make sure I was there because I was in the process of moving. I waited well after 4 and no one showed up no phone call or anything. I called and told me I would have to wait another hour. I had to be back in Mobile so I had to reschedule. I asked for a supervisor I was told one would call me within 2 hours and of course no supervisor called!

I am a 5'2 125 lb female (bobbyemoye1979@gmail) On the morning of July 15th.(approximately 6:30 am) I ran out gas 1/2 a mile from your victory dr. Columbus GA location. My dog was with me so I put him on a leash and began the walk to your gas station. (I want to note this is not a good part of town.) I did not enter the store but asked if I could purchase a gas can and gas from the attendant. He refused my request. I was and am appalled at the refusal. I don't ever complain to businesses because I understand people have bad days, but this particular incident was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company that I am sure wants to make money and please their customers.. My reason for complaint is to hopefully insure this doesn't happen to anyone else.
