Mr. Chuck Bates is a life saver. As one of the maintenance professionals at the Lofts at Riverwalk, he was able to retrieve a very expensive necklace that my mom had accidentally dropped down one of the sink drains. We cannot thank him, and the rest of the Riverwalk team enough for always being so helpful & professional!
