Use to be my go to store for everything until I sat for over an hour waiting on a dishwasher to come out of the back. Then I have to sign documents stating all the parts are there with a damaged box tapped together and not even allowed a copy of the documents I signed.. I have never in my life signed a document and not be able to keep a copy of it before in my life.

Customer service at the return, does not assist installer when shipping and receiving is closed. Some products in the aile are missing and it takes 20 to 30 min to get assistance on chain or electrical wire. Better assistance in the aile plz.
