Would give 0 stars if possible. The rating is primarily based on how I felt as a customer shopping here. I have visited a few times. There are three guys that I've seen working there. There is a 20 year old, a middle aged man, & an older man that appears to be over 70. The 20 year old has always been polite & helpful. The middle aged man is okay sometimes. Although I have felt treated differently at times because of the color of my skin. The oldest man appears to be completely racist if I'm being honest. On one occasion he followed me around the store. On another occasion he has taken my money without checking my ID. He then proceeded to ask for my ID, which is backwards. I commented on his actions & he made a remark and waived me off as someone would do to another they felt more important than. I have always been polite when speaking with these people which makes it worse. I won't say specifics but there has also been illegal activity going on here. I do not recommend shopping here so do so at your own risk. You should never feel uncomfortable spending your own money.

Went in store with my friends and wanted to grab some bottles as we’re having a game night this night. One of the men there literally followed us around the store the entire time acting like he was looking for something as if we were going to steal something. When I voiced it to my friends he finally decided to go to another place in the store as if he wasn't following us. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING AT ALL!!

The old bald headed guy is rude. Also sold me expired beer. Will not be back. Columbus beverage and the bottle shop is nearby I’d recommend. I’ve also heard them yelling at customers which is uncalled for. Do not shop here.

I was visiting Columbus for the purpose of playing in the USTA State Championships? and wanted to set up a small happy hour bar in my hotel room for team gatherings. When I Google searched, this store was closest to me so I opted to go here. When I parked I was startled by a vagrant who came out from behind a huge street lamp. I ignored him and briskly walked into the store. The selection here is limited and very little wine and next to no mixers. I mentioned my fright walking in and asked the gentleman checking me out if I was safe as a female walking to my car alone with my purchases. He mumbled something that seemed sarcastic so I left it at that. I can’t recommend this package store. A few extra miles to have a safer feeling and experience would be better.

My 1st time and my last time at this liquor store .. the guy at the window rude as hell . I’m spending my money and you being disrespectful and rude He need to learn customer service didn’t get anything and I won’t be back.

I love the convenience of this place with the drive through. Being disabled it's difficult getting in and out of the car, so this helps me tremendously.

Im a Retired army guy and I was coming to base to watch my nephew's basic graduation. After I took my mom to this piece of s$$t store I do not drink by the way. I saw a restroom in the back and oped the door the guy started yelling at me like a was a kid. Saying it not a public restroom. Ok don't yell. Rude as hell. Like I pissed all over your restroom. A simple you cant use it would have worked. All my military brothers and sisters don't go here.

We don't drink often but when we do this place is nice, the workers are always joking with us. They're funny.
