MedCare is a welcoming and kind urgent care where patients feel taken care of and treated with respect. Many patients have been going for years, even since childhood, and have never had a bad experience. The staff, including the front office, nurses, and practitioners, are consistently described as wonderful, sweet, professional, empathetic, and caring. They listen to patients and treat them with compassion. The check-in process is great and wait times are typically short, with patients often seen very quickly. Families feel well cared for, with children treated with the same respect as adults. While one experience involved a disappointing coordination of care and misinformation, a follow-up call showed concern. Overall, patients are very happy with MedCare, highly recommend it, and consider it their trusted go-to urgent care.
