Bought a phone from this location.. they ended up adding all kinds of fees and bills to my plan as well as another line in which I didn't need I've been paying 50 dollars for 5 years and for some reason after paying him the total he told me was for the phones my bill jumped up to 200+ dollars for a whole bunch of stuff I didn't approve of to my account this was a scam...

I put the wrong review for the wrong store I always go to victory and they always help me I went to this store and the man here would not help me with my autopay that I have on my account and I asked for a receipt and he told me he can't give me one the people in this store is rude.

Came in for a charger. A guy saw the phone to try to figure out which. Purchase for 26 dollars. Went in the car to charge my grandmother phone. It was the wrong. Less then 5 minutes went back in . A woman said no refunds on accessories . Asked if it said that on the receipt she said yes. It did not . Asked if it was on the refund sign on the counter. Read it . It did not. Asked to show me where to find that fine print . She could not provide it. For the guy 3 stars for the woman 0 stars.

The customer service reps are con artist!!!! The will lie to get a plan sold and about your payments!! Make sure everything they say is on the receipt. I was lied to and had a bill the next day. Don't use this establishment. Find another one.
