Self check out is convenient, but please keep your cashier at the register instead of walking around doing other things. The reason is that your self checkout machines dont take cash !

Just simply marvelous. Three years ago, after retiring from civil service, I looked all over Columbus for picture frames for some of my military and Department of Army service awards. Michaels was the only store that met the mission. They should be TEN STARS.

I like the items available but it is really frustrating that I can never access my coupons at the register. The cashier is usually unwilling to assist and wants to just blow it off. And I DO NOT WANT TO SELF CHECKOUT!!!!!! There was no one available to cut fabric, took more than 10 minutes for someone to come after button was pushed for assistance.
