Nice customer service but the prices are horrible they up chare there parts by 50 percent making there service after labor uninfortable just a example one part cost 49.99 Midas will charge you 133 for that same part and will smile in your face like there saving u money lmao never again will I go there and you shouldn't either

Was unable to get work done because I have a lot of issues with my truck. However I did find out all problems. And they did replaced wipers for me. I will return to get issues fix soon

The down town Midas did a great job on my schedule service today.
Carlos and Abby are great.
I arrived at 8:00 AM, and ask to please have the service done early. I received a call around 9:30. They also performed a courtesy inspection, with is good.
I recommend the Midas at 315 13th street, great service and Customer service.

Midas on 13th street are the best around! I trust them. Some places I feel like will say anything to get more money from you. Here I know that they care about my car and me. Midas has your back. Was referred here by a friend and was on a tight timeline to get my vehicle inspected for fixes (just bought an ‘18 Outback from the dealership and they gave me the weekend to drive and bring it back free of charge by 10 today). Didn’t have time to make an appt, Carlos was able to work me in right away, let me watch him inspect my vehicle, and explained all the fixes I needed done. Inspection was free.

Worked with Garrett today to check out an ABS warning light. He was very thorough and talked me through what he found and described my options. The service advisors were so friendly and provided an estimate for repairs. Midas is my go-to for service and repairs!!
