I called to make sure they had my medication in stock before getting my doctor to send over the prescription. They told me they had enough to fill my prescription only to find out when I went to pick it up that they were out. My doctor sent it over immediately after we got off the phone. How did they run out? I drove clear across town to waste half my day.

Excellent customer service and they went above and beyond while transferring over 65 different medications.. Heart, blood thinners, inhalers, stomach meds, nausea meds, diabetic needs, etc.
These ladies are top 1% of how someone sick is treated
.Can't say anything other than excellence!!

I've been working here for about 7 months now and I absolutely love it. It's a black owned business and I have a great time at work. I love working with the owner Mrs Okeke (which is the Pharmacist) and Mrs Mrs Wendy ( which is the Pharmacy Tech). Its a fast pace job but I've learned so much and time goes so fast. I absolutely love doing delivery, which is done in the company's car. Midtown Pharmacy is your ideal mom and pop store. You can get a variety of items in the store including your medications, household products,snacks and beverages! Every retail has its ups and downs but I love it here. Its rude customers and it's a lot of great customers too!

Manager is very rude an unprofessional! She has lost plenty of customers due to her language. I transferred all of my clients from this place of business. Do not go there.
