The owner of this shop replaced my brake module of my charger last in 2023. I went to see him one day and ask him could he do it? He said yes, once he had my car I realize he didn’t know what he was doing so I had to pay him and someone else to get the job done. He put me through the most stressful situation I’ve ever been in. And let me just say when I left in my car, it was still not finished/completed. I had to pay a third person to bleed the brake the brakes electronically because when I drove off, my car felt like it had no brakes, but he didn’t know this either Instead of telling me that he had never done it before and he was unsure of it, he took on a job that I had to pay for three times and I still have a voice message on my phone where I recorded him speaking to me in the most disrespectful manner. He’s the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met with the business I will never refer him to anyone and if you go to him, that’s on you But he is not a good person. And he is not to be trusted. He also. Overcharges for everything. The day I left, I asked him how much would he charge me to do my Control arms he told me 150 and I left his shop and got it done for $60 Yall Be careful out there because there are many snakes that will take your money and not give you what you what you paid for. He is one.

I went to this place in 2023 to have my brake module replaced on my Dodge charger. I asked him could he do it he said yes. When I gave him my car, I realize immediately that he didn't know what he was doing but he had already taken my module out. I had to pay him and I had to pay someone else to do the same job before I could get my car back, once I got my car and got in. I realized that my car was stopping like I had no brakes in it and replacing the brake module, he did not bleed my brakes electronically. He bled them through the tires , which is another indication of him not knowing what he was doing. So I left and had to pay a 3rd person for the same job. . But I had never dealt with any person like the man that owns this shop. He is so rude and disrespectful that he gave me anxiety and I recorded him because I thought that he was going to try to keep my car after he messed up and kept trying to charge me more after we had already decided on a price. Take my advice and never go to this man. I would never refer him to anybody unless I absolutely hate that person. Don't waste your time or your money. This guy is not a good mechanic and he is not a good guy, I wish I could add the recording that I recorded to this page because he has the worst attitude I have ever seen on any professional person even a person that's not a pro. another thing is he overcharges. I'm not sure if he just was doing me that way or if he does everybody that way, but I'm a young black female, and he was most definitely trying to take advantage of me. I asked him how much he would charge me to do my Control arms. He said 150 for one I left him and immediately when he got my control arms done for for $60. I'm not sure if he was going through withdrawals or whatever when he did with me, but I'm pretty sure he's on meth as well and that could've caused his attitude. Don't do it

I took my car in for service after reading all of the awesome reviews and they were an absolute reflection of my experience. These guys are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. My issue turned out to be something that I needed the dealership to look into, but the effort put into getting my car squared away was phenomenal. I'll definitely utilize MW in the future, if needed. I suggested you do, too.

Stop searching and settle with Mobile Wrenches!! I am so grateful I found them on Google and compared them with other repair shops. My Traverse completely shut down as I was driving it. I called around and most shops were giving me quotes without even looking at it, some weren't able to get to it within a few days. That was a big NO for me due to kids having to go back to school. I called mobile wrenches and they were able to accomadate me as soon as the next business day. They even recommended a tow company that was very affordable. Turns out my alternator and battery needed to be replaced. They were able to finish my car within a day!! They kept in touch, were honest with the issues, and reasonable pricing!! I had bought a used transmission for my Impala and needed it put in, along the way it was noticed that rats had ate the wires but these guys were on it night and day until the job was completed and quote me a very fair price for the work done! Thanks I'll be back again.Service: Transmission
