So I was just hung up on by a pharmaceutical technician when I called to ask why my son's medications were shorted. His behavior is night and day difference on and off medication, and years ago I noticed that some days he would be spacing out and others he would be restless even though he took the same pill at the same time every day. One day I saw the capsules in the light and there were different levels, so I bought a pharmaceutical grade scale (down to 0.001mg accuracy) and made sure it was calibrated, then did a quality control check on his meds. For a 15mg prescription, what was inside those capsules usually ranged from 12mg-18mg which would explain the shifts in reactions to his meds since as little as 3-5mg changed the reaction and I didn't want him overdosing especially. Normally I am one of those types that believes the best intentions unless direct evidence is brought forth, but I'm not gullible. It could be a machine glitched or a tech was still training, right? So in the past I would painstakingly make sure that all were 15mg and as a result his behavior leveled off. Problem solved. Today for his 15mg prescription I saw 10.6mg, 10.2mg, 7.6mg again and again 5-8mg less which is a big deal for his stability and the fact that we are paying for more than we're getting, which is upsetting. I called to ask what could have caused this shortage and they did say it was filled by hand by the pharmacist - not a technician, but was told a customer couldn't possibly know what they were talking about... Firstly I'm not stupid and I'm not talking anything overly complicated. It is weighing a single medication to check and make sure the numbers are the same and they're not - by a lot!! So she was rude, dismissive and hung up on me after *they* made a mistake with medication, the latter of which is a very serious deal! I will calibrate my scale *again* and if I'm wrong I will delete this review, but if I'm right I'm contacting corporate. If they are done by hand and it is this far off during a shortage, it's hard not to wonder if someone is skimming or trying to stretch medications when they should just say "we don't have enough to fill this prescription." While frustrating, I can respect that more than deception. Double check your meds, especially if you find their efficacy is variable or unpredictable. I would only give one star, but until today they have been neutral or friendly in customer service. But shorting prescriptions is a big deal and the way they handled it was wrong.

Last night my normal pharmacy was closed . I usually pick my prescriptions up at the Walmart on Manchester . Tonight however I needed to get a syringe for medication that I have a prescription for . I didn't even need the whole syringe just the needle tip . I walked in and asked the woman for a 25 gauge one and a half inch syringe tip . No drug addict is going to be that specific . This heffa proceeded to put me through the Inquisition for a 17-cent needle tip ! Then call the pharmacist and yelled my business all over the store! They had to confer several times and ask me 100 questions just for a needle tip. Finally, one of the pharmacy techs told me that I could go to the Tractor Supply Company to get a needle since animals need injections too . I was too put out with these people and I promise you I will never go back again !

I needed a pharmacy on Memorial Day after an unexpected visit to the ER. Every pharmacy we thought was going to be open was closed. I was fading fast after my release from the ER but knew there would be no pharmacies open in my home town. While this pharmacy was busy, the pharmacist took the time to understand I really needed to go lie down. In record time, I was on my way. The pharmacist was personable. He explained my Antibiotics throughly. It was a pleasure to be served by this pharmacy!! Well done.

The staff at this pharmacy are a complete joke. Unprofessional & rude. It was the worse customer service I have ever dealt with in my 22 years of living. Even after the terrible experience I had I still did not even get the prescription I need. When I complained and voiced that I was upset all the lady had to say was "you could get this prescription from any other pharmacy, you do not have to use cvs." But unfortunately I do have to because of my insurance. I would give this pharmacy and staff 0 stars if I could. Do better CVS!!!

This pharmacy has terrible customer service and cannot handle the amount of prescriptions they get. They literally do not answer the phone even when they have no customers. I stayed on hold for 45 minutes yesterday just to get to a person who clearly couldn't wait to get me off the phone. Prescriptions are never ready on time and they don't call you if there is a problem or delay so you don't find out until you get there to pick it up. Ridiculous.

One of my family members has been ill the last few months so I have been in this store quite a lot. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and helpful as well as efficient. The store is full of sale items for seasonal needs and high quality electrolyte-filled water selections. I always buy my stocking stuffers here at Christmas time because of price and selection. Being in the neighborhood makes it very convenient.

It took me two days to get my prescription filled. They don't answer the phone, as I stood in line you could hear the phone ringing off the hook and a computer voice saying 4 calls waiting.
