Doesn't matter if you have a reservation. They Don't care. Had a reservation, confirmation number and no car delivered. Just left me stranded and all their customer service number said is that they could send an email. Nothing.

Don’t trust them. They couldn’t honor a confirmed reservation and left me stranded at the airport twice. Sorry we were “Overbooked” and “sold out”, don’t cover my additional expenses for taxi or ride shares. Loyalty means nothing apparently.

Everytime I go in I get the run around and always told to come back later. Never mind the fact that every question I have asked it is oh I don’t know. I’ve known people to go in and exchange their rental for another one and they don’t have any issues. But for me it just isn’t possible! If I didn’t have to use this location I wouldn’t! And I definitely wouldn’t send anyone else there for absolutely anything!

Why would a rental car company not stay open until all flights have landed through the day/night? Flight code entered during reservation process, no red flags, booth was closed when I arrived and doesn't open back up until 10AM.

The person you speak to is NOT at this location. The rep I spoke with assured me a car was available. Got to the airport, and was told that was not the case. The rep also got my number wrong, so no one at the rental place could reach me. They didn't seem to care.

Everyone was very friendly. We did not even wait 5 minutes for our rental. From now on I will be renting from National. Customer service was great.

Waited over 3 hours for a car I reserved almost 2 weeks in advance. There were 4 other people ahead of me waiting on their car as well.

Place is a dump - cars not clean inside or out - reeked of smoke and filth - cars are located in a separate lot that isnt covered. Worst experience I have ever had from this company -

Very bad service, no car could be ready. For 2 days. I booked Nationally online, it was approved with confirmation #, yet no cars?...!!!

Rented an SUV from Atlanta airport to my hotel in downtown, so never got to drive long or far. But when I had to go down to Columbus for a wedding the car drive was horrifying with my 4year old and 7 year old in the car. The car kept wobbling. I called Columbus branch to help me swap the car when I get there. The close by 4pm and according to my GPS we were to get there by 4:03pm. The lady decided to hang up on me and did not hang up their phone line. So we kept getting unavailable tune. What a stupid act to a customer of over 8 years now. By the time we got there by 4.03pm she had closed and left.
