I can’t begin to tell you the nightmare that transpired here today… my friend and I got our lips waxed… no big thing. It was our first time here. I have got this service done many times before at other places. We were sat across the salon from each other… with different woman and different wax kits. both of us immediately felt pain…. Afterwords we began to swell and by the end of the night it was obvious we were severely burned…. I beg you. Don’t get this service done… I’m honestly so scared and don’t begin to know how to handle this… they should be shut down.

A $350 Mani-Pedi Shock: My Easter Salon Nightmare
I want to share a cautionary tale that left me stunned and sick to my stomach.
With a $50 gift card in hand, I took my two daughters (ages 8 and 11) to a local nail salon for a simple treat—gel polish with French tips on our hands and feet. We clearly stated our request: no extras, just gel polish with French tips.
The service was as expected—nothing elaborate. But when it came time to pay, the bill was a staggering $350.
I was floored. I've had our nails done before and have never encountered such exorbitant charges. This experience felt like a blatant overcharge. We will never return to that salon. Consider this a warning: always confirm pricing upfront to avoid being taken advantage of.
We will NEVER go there again!

I’ve gotten my nails done at this salon and they have been PERFECT! My nails have lasted me for more than 3+ weeks each time. Ask for Jes!

I recently moved to the area and have not had a pedicure since I moved. I should have read the reviews.
First of all is $20 extra the going rate for gel polish in this town they charged me $20 per person for gel polish.
My daughter went with me so there was two of us. Where we come from there is an upcharge for gel but it's $3 to $5 not 20.
The guy also made my daughter bleed and did not even get all the dead skin off her feet he didn't even say sorry
We will not be going back here that's for sure
Cleanliness: Nasty made my daughter bleed and only wipes the chair with the dirty towel they used under our feet after they where done

Wife and I went for pedis. Both were not done thoroughly and were way too quick for the amount paid. Cuticles were not extracted and rough spots left on the feet. What really bugged us is the lady doing my feet asked if I wanted manicure and I said no. She then said she would file my fingernails for me and ended up doing a partial mani anyway and charged me full price, even though I told her no 3-4 times. Not a very reputable way to operate.

I went to this salon today, i asked for a black French tip with a red “M” (instead of the heart Shown below..) I was told that was easy and could be done. Seemed to be going great, up until he cut my thumb , saw it bleeding continued to use drill THEN wiped it with alcohol. After all of that he went to paint them. He ended up drawing a heart instead of the initial and proceeded to do a horrific job on the black French tip.. he asked if it was okay after doing one nail, I asked him to fix it cause it was jagged and half way down my nail. He looked at me in disbelief and wiped off whole nail. I said “if it’s to much trouble you can just do full black with a red “M” in ring finger. An “M” would be easier than a heart anyways right ?” He replies “ okay so full black and I’ll just get her to do the “M”.” I said okay. She come over and they talk about what I assume was the “situation” and she says “ just the “m” I replied “yes ma’am”. They talk some more and she said “oh so you changed your mind” i said “no he was having to much trouble”. He continued to then paint my nails and she painted what was supposed to be an “M” I was then charged $65! DONT RECOMMEND

Had a lady named Lisa do a manicure with gel today, I have never been seen by her. Rushed through, didn’t paint like a quarter side of a few nails. After showing my sister owner said let me take a look and “tried” to fix them. After we was trying to dismiss me I told him I also had chrome then proceeded to say “be patient” and the end it was still bulky but decided to not say anything else bc he was already upset!

Beth is the best! She can do anything you ask of her, and my nails always turn out like the picture. Plus, she actually cares about keeping your nails healthy and recommends different types of services that are best for your nail type. My nails always look 10/10, she’s so talented!

Rushed through my pedi, Rushed through my full set. Paid $160 for services and my gel polish chipped and peeled off 2 days after application. Expensive and poor quality!

They were busy but got me in the chair in a timely manner. I wanted designs on them and he sent me to his daughter & I couldn't be happier! First time customer. I will be back!
