Highly upset. I just came in trying to print certificates for my job and had someone in printing who acted like her helping me was a plague. Not to mention I sat inside trying to figure it out myself for 38 minutes! With a sick child! You can’t pay me to return. Pathetic.

This location is always dirty and unorganized! Today I tried to make copies for something that needed to be mailed off ASAP and AJ did not want to assist due to the machine only doing fax and scanning! So, I decided it was time to make a large purchase somewhere else and invest in a copier.

I hate the fall of the “brick and mortar”, but it is manifest destiny at this point.
I shop at Office Depots across the continent; shipping in their in-store FedEx and buying supplies for emergent issues in the field. I have never been turned away, trying to ship a package.
Not only was it difficult to find someone, in this all-but-deserted store… Apparently, some unknown policy, that I was specifically told they couldn’t give me a reason for, prevents me from shipping electronic parts (no batteries). This is news to me, because it has not been a preventing factor in 47 other states. Columbus is a hard city to live, and it’s getting harder.

I'm very disappointed at the lady in the print dept. She is not helpful, did not try to assist me with the self-service machine. Me and another guy were not receiving the release code to print off our documents. I've been coming to this location over 10yrs and I know we can send them an email to print documents. She stated it won't be ready until 6p its 1:28p. Thats ridiculous for one document. Will start going to a ups store.

Placed a pickup order only to find out they were closed. Tried canceling order by going online, downloading the app, calling them, and calling corporate only to be hung up on with no help.

Horrible quality and customer service. We had to wait 3 days for the prints. When we got them there was black lines through print. We paid for cardstock and was printed on cheep paper. Store Manger was rude and difficult to work with. Making excuses and shifting the blame to other people. It was also difficult to get a refund. We have used other locations in the past and they did the print on the same and much better quality. I will never go back to the Columbus, GA store again. I am also considering not ever using office depot again. The experience was horrific. We would never be able to stay in business if we treated are customers like this.

I was greeted by staff when I entered the facility. I requested help from an associate and was able to locate the item. She indicated a product brand I had not considered purchasing. After she made me aware of another product...it saved me about $20.00. Thanks a bunch
