If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. The staff is extremely rude. I coulda been that way back or worse and really made you rethink life itself but you wasn’t worth my energy or my 💰 literally walked In ready to spend a lot of money but I’m going to carters now. RACIST!!

I was a little disappointed not to find the iconic Old Navy tshirts. But...I still love the store. Truly glad they actually have plus sizes for women.

Nice store, various selections of clothes. The store needs more selection for young men, my son is 12 and there not many choices for him. The girls had good selections; my girls came up at this store.

The lack of customer service In this place is horrible. I would rather online shop than to deal with shift lead or manager lady. There was no greeting, no thank for shopping, she literally handed me my receipt and said “here you go.” No one asked you to be at work. I’d rather do online shopping or drive to tiger town.
You never who’s shopping with you.. I could have been secret shopper or even one the CEOs

I went to Old Navy Columbus to pick up my pickup order from online while on my lunch break. I go the line and there is no line but a “alleged” customer at my counter talking to the three sales associates at the counter. I’m just waiting cause I feel she’s a customer so once the “alleged” customer moves over one of the sales associates asks me if I have a pickup order. I say yes and she asks for my ID…no problem got it she goes to get my order and I see the “alleged customer” still talking loudly to the sales associate who was helping me as well as the other two ladies so I realized they had me waiting in a invisible line to chat with their friend about hair weave. The sales associate hands me my bag and I of course say “thank you” and silence was returned and she continued talking to her friend. No have a good day or anything. Very bad customer service and a huge lack of professionalism. I really hope someone of authority reads this review and lets those ladies know that they were unprofessional and rude for having a customer wait just to talk to a friend about hair weave…nothing work related. I went there early this afternoon around 12:30-1:00 on 3/14/24.

Tyler and the other associate went out of the way to help us find what we were looking for in clearance; they went above and beyond, and they deserve the recognition for it. This store gets my highest recommendation — amazing service and good prices.

The one star is for the nice employees, but the restroom smells so bad upon entering and it has roaches . The store is so disorganized with stuff everywhere.

Cashier # 3573118 was very rude to me. I asked her if she could tell me if any of the clothing items that I had in hand were on sale and she replied with a smart remark asking me if I saw any sales signs next to the items I had. Regardless as to whether or not I saw signs, her job as a customer service representative, should be willing to check for me, whether she felt like it or not. It was the evening time, and I'm sure we BOTH had a long day, but that's not an excuse to be rude. Secondly, I asked her about applying for a card, so that I could get a discount on my items and she rolled her eyes again as if she was bothered by that question. She never bothered to explain about the card or anything. My assumption for this was that she was trying to get another customer out of the way. Once approved for the card, she tore off the receipt and threw it in my bag and told me to have a nice day...Really?....what a little snot she was...
