Extremely inappropriate playlist for a children’s store. I had a buggy full of clothing that I would have left behind if I could. I would have kept on shopping if they didn’t have sexually explicit music and lyrics with curse words playing. (Song with lyrics about “testing my body”, milkshake (uncensored), and “hollaback girl” were three of the songs we heard). The employees were even discussing how inappropriate the playlist was and laughing about it, but didn’t bother to change it. I told the cashier their music is why we were leaving, and she apologized and changed the music. I had my 2 year old and 5 year old with me. I would have expected the music to be playing somewhere like Spencer’s, but not at a children’s clothing resale store. Hopefully management will address this so our children aren’t introduced and desensitized to adult material.

One of the best children’s stores in town ! Everything is organized , nice music playing while shopping . The staff is supper sweet and informative !

Horrible place and it’s a shame there’s no other one around. They don’t answer the phone and then if you just show up they say they’re at capacity come back tomorrow and then when you come back tomorrow they tell you the same thing. Theyre already at capacity as soon as they open. So apparently you have to be outside in line before they open. God forbid you have a job and are at work at 10am. I just moved here and have never had this issue and any once upon a child I’ve ever been too

I always have a pleasant experience when I come here. I am able to find good quality items for my kids at a fairly decent price. The staff is always helpful, and often go out of their way to help me find a certain item

I have been with this place for 10 years. I bought and sold most of my son's clothes here. Their customer service and prices were excellent until two years ago when the customer serivce started going down hill and the prices started going up to the sky. However, I still gave them to fix. Unfortunately, everytime I came to sell and buy clothes, they always told me that they had excesses and so they stopped buying. This told me the sign of their business. Today, March 21st, 2025, I called them before I brought my son's clothes in, and the lady on the phone told me that they had a lot excesses but they would buy my clothes before 1 p.m. I came to the store around 10:45 a.m. When I just entered the door, a black girl told me rudely that the old clothes had to be in a basket, could not be in a bag. This was new to me. I do not know since when this store had this policy. What are the differences if the clothes in baskets vs in bags. When I bought clothes from them, they put clothes in the bags, too. So, why they started to make it difficult to customers. This policy and their bad customer service explained why their business has been going down and they could not sell their clothes as before. Anyway, thank you this black girl for turning me away so that I found Mickaylas Place. I brought them same bag of my son's old clothes to Mickalas Place and sold them with no issues, plus receiving outstanding customer service.

In just three words i can explain this place of business.. RUDE.. UNORGANISED… and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.( My first time coming here with my son) as soon as I walked there was no greeting everyone just stairing at you like you shouldn’t be coming in there.. not sure who the middle age women were in the front but they shouldn’t be working in a child’s store talking about there health issues. MY CHILD THE AGE OF 4 shouldn’t be asking me what is BV or yeast infection is cause he heard yall talking about one of yall had it!— im very distraught about my experiences here.

Took in a ton of items to sell and was never notified about my offer a week latter I have given up. Will never shop here again staff was talking about taking "trips" and how one employee needed to expand her mind as if I was not aware if what they ment. Would not recommend this place to anyone buying or selling kids stuff
