I work from home, and my laptop stopped working with clients waiting. George was able to quickly resolve the problem. He was courtesy and professional which helped tremendously. He also followed up. I absolutely recommend Onsite Computer Service!

Mr. George is the best computer service provider in Columbus. He explained what was going on with my computer. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it in a timely manner. His level of expertise is hands down the BEST. He understood how important my computer was to my business. No matter how elementary my questions were he was patient in answering them all. I will not trust my computer, office or home with anyone else but Mr. George of OnSite Computer Service.

They fixed my problem I brought it in for, but it came back with a messed up screen. They said it was there before but I have pictures of two days ago that shows it was perfectly fine. Would not recommend using there service at all.

At the recommendation of someone I went there to purchase a new graphics card for a comparatively old desktop computer. I had the old card and asked for a replacement. The technician kept mumbling something about it being "proprietary" and said I needed to bring in my computer and monitor so he could be sure. I asked how long it would take to get the new card once confirmed. He said he had it on-hand. I asked how much it cost so I could purchase it. Then he went off on the "proprietary" thing again. Either he didn't want my business (little or no profit [my supposition]) or he wanted to justify a large bill for little work. I had already wasted 10 minutes, plus the drive time. I said, "OK, thanks", and left. I went to Best Buy, bought the card, installed it, and now everything is fine. He received ONE star because I couldn't give him ZERO.

I have used OnSite Computer Services for several years and they have consistently done an exceptional job in meeting my computing needs, ranging from printing issues, a crashed external hard drive, a dropped laptop and ordering and configuring a new laptop. I highly recommend them for their competence, their promptness, and their excellent customer service. This company is a keeper.

Always polite, courteous, and professional. They were unable to fix my problem today. However, they did not charge me for all of the time they spent trying to solve my issue and they gave me a specialized place to send off my device to hopefully solve my issues.

Excellent service with a caring attitude. If you have a problem huge or extremely small just give them a call or stop by. I did and my computer was fixed in just a bit at a price that was affordable. Really nice find for me after a Best Buy and others service pricing check. Can't say enough good things about them. You owe it to yourself.

I have been using On-Site for all my personal and business computer needs. The service is always excellent and costs are comparable to other computer stores. I highly recommend them to anybody and always send friends and relatives to see them.

They're a great group of people and extremely knowledgeable. I've never had a problem they couldn't fix. I purchased a computer for my mother, and they took the time to set it up and show her how to use it. I highly recommend them.

The technician was the best and he fixed my problem in 20 minutes. HOWEVER, the amount it cost is out of the ballpark. An $80.00 bill for a simple service call is unwarrented.
My plumber, my electrician, my sprinkler charge half that and do more work. I don't believe I can recommend OnSite to anyone because of their excessive cost.

Place would be much better if they let their patrons park in front of their door instead of parking their company cars there. Great customer service guys.
