Not a lot of leash choices nor much in the way of getting stuff to get prepared for getting a new puppy this weekend. I would go elsewhere. Staff not knowledgeable about the products they do have in the store. I don't like having to hunt down staff members to ask them simple answers, they should be roaming the store to help customers with their needs and questions.Your best bet is to go to a different pet store if you don't want to settle for subpar products!Deborah ?(And this is by no sense of the imagination my first puppy I am buying for. I wouldn't even buy a puppy/birthday gift for a friend there!

Great place to shop, Trinity was so nice helping us out and answering any questions we might have. The customer service alone is a reason to shop there. Thanks for all your help Trinity.The tanks needed a little attention but they were pretty busy.

Has a plethora of pet supplies and pets. Natural foods, pet toys, training aids, and comfort items. Friendly staff and a great location make it a great place to shop. Plenty of parking spaces, but you may have to fight to get one during rush hours.

Pet Supermarket on Macon Road , Columbus, Ga is the place for Pet Food and Accessories. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, caring, patient. The climate is so relaxing upon entering. I look forward to shopping at Pet Supermarket. There is a major variety of Dog food and play things for my Pit Bull-Terrier. I have made friends there and this is the only Pet store I shop in . Thank you for being so nice and helpful. Enjoy looking at the Kittens, birds, gerbils, fish tanks just everything. Hats off to Pet Supermarket! September 21, 2023

My boyfriend and I had a not so great experience with a baby bearded dragon at a different large chain pet store in the area and I remembered this place so we decided to go there and see what they had. I’m so glad we did! The lady working there was very nice and also had bearded dragons herself so she was knowledgeable! She took the time to answer all our questions and also showed us that he was eating by offering him some crickets so we could see! The cashier was very kind as well. This place seems to really care about the animals and doesn’t make you feel like just another customer. We’ve had our little Reptar for a few weeks now and he’s been running around, eating great and growing bigger everyday!

Their prices are the best in this area and they have a variety of animals to choose from. The staff was extremely helpful as well.

It's my favorite pet store. The people are friendly and helpful. They have a vet that comes and does shots twice a month.
