Had a mover out earlier in the week and they were not great. I called Pink Zebra yesterday and they came out this morning. They literally saved the day, were professional, nice, and very careful with all of my belongings. Rashunda was amazing at setting up my services and sent the best crew. I’d give ten stars if I could.

Ace and Stick helped my friend with his move and did a great job. They arrived around 9 a.m., were kind and professional, and organized the furniture in the truck really nicely. They got everything moved into his new house and finished around 3:30pm. High recommend.

Pink Zebra Moving was great! I hired them for an in state move to another city. The price was reasonable and the service was great. Movers Thaddeus, Quori, and Archillius were very professional, courteous, and efficient. They explained everything they were doing and answered any questions I had. I would use the service again if needed and recommend them to others looking for a moving company.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Items damaged in a short distance move and no accountability or remediation as promised. Rude gentleman on phone. Great crew that helped out. But start to end a terrible experience and I was referred to them because of how awesome they were. Less items were moved nothing disassembled yet the bill was higher. The deposit wasn’t explained well so all around not happy. They don’t care that they were referred and don’t want to do anything to gain my business back and try to make some of the wrongs right. Quoted me policy and didn’t address my claim and items properly. Staff and team not on the same page and I have brand new items damaged by this move now with zero refund or amounts to remediate.

I retired from the military and have moved five times in the last 20 years. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The movers damaged the home we moved out of and the one we moved into because of their carelessness. They also damaged most of our furniture, and much of the damage was done to furniture that had never been moved.
The moving supervisor told me he did not have the right crew to move our house after the damage was done. Additionally, after the move (and damage), Rashunda, from their office told my wife they almost cancelled our move because they didn't have the right moving crew.
It has been almost three weeks since we moved and have not heard back from their office about our damage claim.
I will update this review as things progress, but I'm not hopeful for a resolution that doesn't include us retaining a lawyer.
Stay away from this moving company.

I'm going to tell the truth about this company. They will break your property and go out of their way to look for anything to not have to have any responsibility! They would love to call and harass you whenever you call them about a move but God forbid they do something wrong and then you are on the hook for repairing your own property. These guys damaged and broke off two legs off of my couch while moving it. After a guarantee you that they take good care and everything of your stuff. Even the receptionist whose name start with a R, made it seem like they were going to help me even offer to push things through claims so I can get what is owed to me from the damage of their workers only to receive the email talking about in their policy they're not obligated to help whenever they break something from you. I suggest no one uses company. I'm lending all my veteran friends know and everyone that I know especially those who are interested in using pink zebra. I will strongly discourage them from coming to this company and using their services. They do not care about you all they care about is your money. They do not care about your property all they care about is your money. Such a disgraceful company and I hope that they go out of business sooner rather than later. And if you're reading this and you feel that this guy is angry, I am. After the promises that were made to me and the lies that were told to me by this company no one should ever waste their time paying anything with these people. You will regret it.

Adrias and Notrez were wonderful, timely, and efficient. I have used other moving companies in the past but am so grateful to have utilized pink zebra today. They, hands down, have the best prices in town. Definitely call Rashunda and she will take care of everything you need!!
