Don't go here. Left my oil cap on top of my Engine causing oil to go all over the bottom of my hood and in my engine bay. And charged me a stupid amount for a simple oil change

Wasted 900 dollars. They did not fix the problem, I had to take my car to the dealer because they gave me my car back with service lights on and wanted me to replace parts that were not damaged. Stay away from this place.

Please don't go here they will try and finesse you like they did me . They said my alternator and battery needed to be replaced which didn't need to be replaced at all. Just because I'm a young women doesn't mean to try and get over on me . The store manager said " you look like you got money" that was a red flag ? . I went to another car repair shop called Masciovecchio's Car Care Center which I highly recommend. They told me my alternator and battery was totally fine and they fixed my problem with my car and was 100% honest with me . Please don't go here the store manager is rude and obnoxious and will tell you a lie if your young and don't really know about cars.

BE WARNED!!! MECHANICAL NEGLIGENCE LED TO NOT ONLY GASOLINE LEAKING IN AN OVERHEATING CAR, BUT THE DESTRUCTION OF THE CAR’S MOTOR!!!I came in with a busted radiator and left the shop with far worse. Back in June, my car’s emergency lights and overheating light had begun to flash and I started to call shops around town. Precision Care was the first shop I called willing to see it that day. Awesome. When I brought it in not an hour later, limping in, I told them the overheating issues I was experiencing and had them run a diagnostic. Well, it turned out the radiator had gone and coolant had leaked all over. I guess that was enough of a diagnostic, because after getting my car back days later, I brought it back in literally less than an hour later because it was still overheating. “Oh, the last guy didn’t reset the lights” I was assured. Well, that wasn’t it, I found out when I brought it back the very next day. Why? Well, first it was because they had missed a part, and then it was because the water pump had gone with the radiator, which happens, they told me matter-of-factly. I guess they didn’t check the water pump on the diagnostic, huh?Unwilling to spend more time and money at the shop, I refused their offer to NOW replace the water pump (at a discount supposedly) and told them I was taking my service elsewhere. Well, not that day, I wasn’t, since the spent the next three hours to put my car back in order. Well, not really. They missed screwing in the fuel rod correctly, so now I had a leaking gasoline issue to go along with my overheating issue. And only for a grand plus of money. Amazing. Eventually, I was able to get a refund from the store (which then had to be used to fix the water pump and other missed issues). And if that was where the story ended, I would not be leaving this review, honestly.Alas, because the water pump was broken for several days and the car was being driven under the impression it was not, coolant and gasoline mixed in the gasket and warped the engine. That is, according to the dealership who I took the vehicle to once overheating issues resurfaced. However, that did not matter to Precision Care, who claimed that after taking my car to another shop, the problem could have stemmed from anyone - maybe not the shop that failed to connect the fuelrod to an overheating car? I was offered a discount for a new engine if done at one of their shops, but their price was still significantly higher than the second shop I took my vehicle to to repair the damage from a month ago. So, while the manager was very pleasant and did offer some advice on where to look for new engines, the long story short is after taking my vehicle in for an overheating issue that may have cost 2K if they properly caught the issue day 1 ended up being almost five times that.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I first want to apologize to all those whom I could've helped had I posted this review sooner. The true extent of the atrociousness of service @ this shop is difficult to put into words. It's by far the worst mechanic shop I've ever been to, & I'm confident that it'll remain to the worst mechanic shop I'll ever experience in my life.I wrote a 4.5-pg single-spaced letter to the shop's owner to express all of the issues I experienced w/this shop in order to get reimbursed but am unable to post this long of a message on here, so I give short version of story.I dropped my car off in mid-December & paid $2000+ to this shop to perform repairs & maintenance on my car. The repairs were overpriced, but I paid them because I was in a rush to leave town. I picked my car up the following day. The mechanic said they weren't able to fix gas gauge but assured me they'd be able to fix @ extra cost to me when I returned if it wasn't working. I started my drive to FL; I believe this is when a tapping sound started coming from my car.I arrived in FL & heard a very distinct rattling sound coming from my car. I didn't drive my car during my 2-wk stay. When I began drive back to GA, rattling sound was still there. Eventually, car broke down, & I had to pull over & get my car towed to a mechanic. I had to find another way to get back to GA ASAP, a 5-hr away from where I broke down, as I had to be there that evening for work. The following week, I was left without transportation, complicating my ability to get to work & get food. That next weekend, I had to arrange transport back to the mechanic shop. The FL mechanics explained they found my radiator hanging from my car. It wasn't attached/ bolted onto my car. I believe they said something to the effect of that the radiator was hanging low enough to where a fan or belt ate through the radiator. They were adamant on the fact that whomever had worked on this car previously was to blame for this. I paid over $800 for the services. For rest of story, I abbreviate it even more since I run out of space. When I got back to GA & tried to get the repairs done that I'd already paid for, there were extreme delays in getting my vehicle in to be serviced. I brought it back later in the day on a weekday. I was told to bring it back the following day. I brought it back the following day. They told me it was too late to work on the car. I was told to come back that Saturday. Come Sat morning, I called the shop as I was about to drive over there & was told they couldn't take me that day. I was never called to notify me they could no longer take me. When I finally made it in, I wasted an entire day waiting. I thought it would be quick fix, & they didn't care to tell me they'd ordered a part for the car that would take most of day to arrive. After all that, they still couldn't fix it. Another weekend I'd called the shop the day before to ensure they could take me, & then the next day I got there, & the mechanic for my car wasn't there. When I did get my car in again, they wanted to charge me for more diagnostic work after I'd already paid $2000 to them! I refused to pay more. This was nearly a month of dealing w/this shop since I'd gotten back, & I'd still not received any correspondence from management about the damage reimbursement, despite numerous reminders to the shop. About 1.5 mos after telling the shop of the damages, the manager called me. He had an attitude & was very rude & texted me "we should have been contacted before anyone touched the vehicle that had to do w/our service." Let me remind you my car broke down in FL. I provided shop w/ receipts, and he was making me jump through hoops to get more "documentation" of what happened. Weeks more passed w/ no progress. Finally, I got in contact w/ shop's owner (more helpful) due to a change in management @ shop. I did get reimbursed for the damages and partially reimbur

They charge double the price for parts. Alternator from the store they used cost 160 but they wanted to charge me 330 and said it’s company policy to charge double.

I took my car in to have a few things repaired on the vehicle. What i thought was the problem which wouldve cost me alot of money was not the problem at all. The head tech Brandon ran a diagnostic on my car and what he found that was wrong with my car was way cheaper than i thought. He repaired my car and it has been running better than when i bought it from previous owner. Brandon was very professinal and knew what he was talking about and for that he will be the only person that i let repair any of my vehicles from now on. All the employess were very professinal and i appreciate their honesty because alot of places wouldve charged me the high price i was prepared to pay and i wouldve never known. The manager Derek was very knowlegable and good at his jobService: Engine repair

I was scared to post this review because to this day still have not received my car and I remind you services were paid in full because I was told due to price so high it had to be paid in full. I should have told my mom to go some where else, but they did work before. Well it has been 3 weeks and she still has not received her car. I have called the office. The Corp office. Other locations. The district manager will not call me back. Worst service ever. Not to mention they probably gonna mess something else up. But I'm putting this in GODS hands now. I'm gonna let him fight this battle. Just becareful where you take you Cara..Service: Auto maintenance

If you care about your car, do not touch this "mechanic shop" with a ten foot pole. I took my car in for a diagnosis and fix for some misfires it was having. I was in a rush to return home out of state and unfortunately this was the only open shop nearby me that would do the job in time. I was told that my brand new spark plugs and brand new coil packs needed to be replaced because they had failed from a bad fuel pump. This seemed very sketchy and I asked if this was misdiagnosed if the shop would cover unnecessary work. I was assured I was in good hands and that it would be covered under misdiagnosis. After getting the work done I drove my car for less than twenty minutes before it started misfiring again. I ran a scan tool and confirmed it was the exact same codes that it had before getting "fixed" I took it back to this shop and they admitted it was still misfiring and that it was now a fuel pressure sensor. They are claiming that the pump also caused this to fail but that's ridiculous as if they did a proper diagnosis they would have found this to begin with. They don't use proper diagnostic tools and only trust a scan tool and will replace every single part related to a possible issue without pin pointing the issue. I asked for a fix or a refund and they said that a supervisor would contact me. It has been over a week now and I have called numerous times and the manager is always out or the supervisor is busy. I have called other shops and even the head quarters with no return phone call or solution. Someone also smoked in my car and left a half smoked cigarette in my driver seat. Before I gave them my car I cleaned it and vacuumed it. Upon returning it to me it was infested with hundreds of ants and had food crumbs in my car. I don't eat in my car. After cleaning it and bringing them the car a second time it was ant infested yet again. Please please stay away from this shop. They are untrustworthy, dishonest and don't care about customer service.Update* I took the ignition coils that this shop said were fualty to get tested.they were never bad to begin with.Precicion auto tune, you have my receipt on record. Contact me with a solution.

The customer service at precision tune on victory drive is the best in town and the prices are the lowest in town and the wait time 30 to 45 minutes.

Around 2010 I used to take my cars there. It was okay I didn't feel used, scammed & pressured. When ever I do go in their always different people. So I paid the overly charged " synthetic" oil charge. They tried to enquire me to pay for Something at that moment I didn't need. As I pulled off about 3-5 of them watched as 1 person said "you'll be back next week" and laughed. I knew those bastards did something to my. 3 weeks later I found what they did, no way to prove my warranty doesn't cover it. I am out $315 and never going back there.
