There's a lady here that's unprofessional and she was speaking to me like we were in the hood. I never got my nails done here before, but she was trying to pull me in by acting a certain way that was unprofessional and came out walked around my car and stared at me which was weird. It was just awkward.I was thinking about coming here when I first saw the place, but no, I don't even play like that.. Treat every customer with respect, and not by race.! If you see a woman/man of color don't try to act inappropriate because all African American people aren't the same and if its a Caucasian woman/man don't just treat them with the up most respect based off their color. The interaction was far from professional, and the situation was unacceptable. The interaction involved a lack of decorum. Such conduct is not befitting of a service-oriented environment. As a result, a visit is highly unlikely.

Owner Toni very unprofessional and disrespectful in his tone and attitude. Will not return. There are too many other professional nail shops in the area than to put up with this. Try Pinky Nails or Luxury Nails much better service and atmosphere.

I visited this salon for the first time on Saturday to get SNS dip powder nails. By Wednesday, my pinky nail completely came off after lightly touching the passenger side door in my car. I’ve had enough of salons claiming to do SNS nails well, but not delivering. I returned to the shop on Wednesday and was met with an unwelcoming atmosphere. A man was working on nails, but he didn’t acknowledge me when I asked if he could help. I sat down and watched him and the technician who did my nails on Saturday finish with another client and start on someone else. No one communicated when or if they’d attend to me. After waiting 35 minutes without any updates, I left. I won’t be coming back.

Owner is extremely unprofessional. Seemed nice at first, then started mixing politics with business out of no where . Started getting upset at my political views and became disrespectful towards me . This was my first and last time going there

This establishment used to be so professional,we went here yesterday with 2 other people ,when we got there some lady seated us in a weird manner and the manger started laughing and her client was too,we was confused as we sat down.The lady who did my nails didn’t even prep my nails correctly and I’m not even a nail technician and I know for a fact that y’all are supposed to cut nails and prep them right .I felt like she was rushing and just trying to leave .If you are not passionate about doing your job then get a another job.My sisters on the other hand her nails were done with the same equipment and that’s not right,that’s unsanitary .I ended tipping her just to see if her attitude was going to change and it did ,she was happy .Just there for the money .No wonder y’all reviews went down .

Got deluxe pedi even told her I didn’t want gel. She steady put it on anyways. Get to pay they automatically added extra $20 on top of my total. Told them I will NOT be returning again. She didn’t seem to care

Got a deluxe pedicure.. was not worth it. It was 2 steps more than the regular pedicure for an extra $20 more. It was SO RUSHED, on top of that, cuticles weren’t clean and polish was messy.
I usually care most about my callus and cuticle skin, but the lady did not care and did a bad job. I saw the previous reviews about feeling rushed, but still gave the place a chance. Highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Great service from Alex and definitely the best pedicure I have had since moving to the area. The salon was clean, quiet, with relaxing music playing. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The prices were amazing also with no pressure for up sale. If you are like me and feel like you have been on the search forever for a salon , look no further. Give Princess Nails a try and I hope you are as happily surprised as I am. Not to mention it is also conveniently located in town close to all that North Columbus has to offer.
