Best Grocery in Columbus. Clean store, always stocked friendly and accommodating to anyones needs. Fresh produce, deli, meat, and other. Most helpful people/associates I've ever been around.
The Pub Suns are also fantastic.

Whenever my wife or I have a prescription, they will tell us it is "Ready for pickup" or "will be in X minutes" however they have lied to us over twenty times now and will make you wait 2 hours or until the next day, two hours after getting to the store mind, to get it. Just recently I needed an antibiotic for lime disease. Well not only do they lie about it being ready, they somehow don't have it. Then they wait until after it expires to tell us they had it all along. I tried to transfer it to Walgreens the same day of the first issue but they took THREE days to approve the transfer. This pharmacy is hot garbage. If theyare overwhelmed with orders perhaps they should refuse to take new customers until they can manage their work load. Regardless, this Publix will never receive my business for anything ever again. I would recommend strongly for anyone thinking of using this place to seek elsewhere for their apothecary.

I have always heard all the employees are so sweet and informative, but today I got to see for myself. I just wanted to say thank you so much to your pharmacy, they are the sweetest and very helpful, I felt like I was asking to many questions but they answered kindly and explained exactly how to give my daughter her medicine. They were fantastic! And every employee we met asked "how we're doing" and told us "bye and have a good day"! Thank y'all!

I would desperately like to know why you tell customers their meds will be ready in an hour, to show up the following day and them not be ready. This has happened on more than one occasion.

If you’re having trouble, ask for the manager. He was very accommodating and yes, a million times better than CVS on Miller Road.

The deli can’t get together. Place a subs order only half of my order was ready ….they ran out of bread and didn’t tell no one drove there for nothing ?

This pharmacy is outstanding. My wife suggested that I transfer to this pharmacy after a price gouging attempt at another company. I made the transfer and the results have been a blessing. The staff is very courteous, informed and prompt. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

I have been taking my medication for 6 years and when I picked mine up today Andres (this was the name on my receipt, he is the pharmacy student working AM on 8/29) asked if I had any questions about my script. I said no, because I’d been taking it for so long but paused and because of how interested in whether I had a question or not he was, I asked him about food/caffeine timing with my medication since I have gotten multiple answers in my time taking it. He was helpful, sincere and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your help today!

That sabine the German lady cashier said loudly it’s asking for ur pin I said I’m putting it in then she said kinda rude swipe it again I said well am I putting it in the right way again she got loud so finally I said loudly u don’t have to keep being rude the manager walked over and said is everything ok I said oh yes sir then she’s going to hand me my receipt and say thank u have a nice day all nice and polite then he asked do you need help with ur groceries I said no sir thank u he said have a nice day Sabin don’t change now since the manager walked over keep that same rude energy u had otherwise I love Publix customer service

Far better than ANY cvs experience. The staff works fast and any alert I receive about my prescriptions is accurate. Always ready and never any issues while picking up.
