I had a wonderful experience at this grocery store/pharmacy today, and I just had to share it! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-notch. I stopped by the pharmacy to pick up my medication, and the pharmacist kindly let me know that I actually had a few more prescriptions still processing, something I wasn’t aware of.
I told her I’d just come back later to pick them up, and I went on to do my shopping. To my surprise, as I was checking out, the pharmacist personally came over to let me know that the rest of my medication was ready. I was so impressed by this level of care and attention! It saved me an extra trip, and I really appreciated that she took the time to find me and update me.
It’s service like this that makes a difference. I left the store feeling genuinely taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for both convenience and outstanding customer service!

Yeah, I left one Publix location and went to the other pharmacy to get better results because I didn’t like the pharmacist attitude And they moved him to the new store so I’m back to Square one.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to, including the ones in which Ive worked. They could truly care less about you as a person. Technicians with unwarranted attitude, will lie right to your face. Pharmacists are apathetic toward you and actually encourage rude treatment because they are bigoted. If you are a member of any marginalized community you are absolutely unwelcome there. They don’t deserve your money. I do not typically leave poor feedback, especially not for colleagues, but this is my experience over 2 1/2 years. Go to another Publix or really any other pharmacy.

Chelsea went above and beyond to help me get a prescription for my young son. It was apparent that she cared from the moment I stepped up to the counter. I haven’t had customer service like that in years. Thank you very much!

I will never use this pharmacy again. I have been using them for years because of convenience and I have always had small issues here and there with service and their lack of supply on some medications. But I had a medication recently that if I ran out of I would go through withdrawal and it could be dangerous for my health. Well, of course they ran out. They claimed it was a “distributor back log.” I went two days without my meds and it was 4 days since the prescription had been called in. Every day I called and got the same answer. They are back logged and it could be till the 1st of the year before they get a shipment of the medication I needed. This was at the beginning of December! They would not even transfer it to anther Publix Pharmacy or pull a supply from another. I finally called my doctor on day 4 and had the prescription canceled from Publix Pharmacy and sent to CVS and it was filled the very same day. It was a horrible couple of days and they could have cared less. I felt like I was bothering them just by continuing to call and ask each day. I am done. Again, I have had many issues over the years but this one sealed the deal. Go to another Publix Pharmacy or another Pharmacy all together.

Delivered by baby over a weekend with major complications. I was prescribed a total of four meds to be picked up at this pharmacy (due to proximity to home) upon discharge Monday. Was discharged at 3p Monday and tried to call the pharmacy when we were about 2min out from the Publix to see if the meds were ready for pick up, no one picked up and the message said everyone was on lunch- which just felt wrong given how late in the afternoon it was. My fiancé went in to see if they were ready since getting in and out of the car is tough due to the complications, everyone was there and chatting behind the desk, when he asked he was told it would be another 15-20min for one of the meds to be filled. He confirmed we would be called since we had a newborn and I in the car, 30min passed and no one called so we decided to go in, 2 of the meds were ready and they did have those available, however they said they had no other prescriptions in my name despite when having been sent over a few days prior and I had the written prescriptions they wanted my doc to send them again… they are still not showing on file on their end yet I can see them from my doc both digitally and written. Never have I had an experience like this at a Publix, usually Publix is my go to but I’m honestly disappointed in this one.

Have used for years and still do only because it is so close to my home. However, they are one of the rudest pharmacies I have ever felt with. Best being Dinglewood and Target before CVS took over. Wish I had those days back where the pharmacist looks out for you instead of hid behind what they may believe is good for you but won’t discuss it with you. Tell you prescription is 20 mins until ready only to hear the same 1 hour later when you return. If you have a closer pharmacy, give it a chance.

I had no choice but to bring my five year old son inside with me to fill his rx for strep. He was obviously very sick and not feeling well and they got our rx ready in less than 5-7 minutes. They also went above and beyond to give us extra bags since we live about 25 min away and he’d been getting sick in the car as well. After waiting and waiting at the doctors office all morning, it was so nice to come in contact with people who truly care and knew we couldn’t wait for very long without feeling worse. Thank you so much! Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed!

Pros: clean, friendly. Cons: prices are high on key items. I'd recommend a more price conscious offering.

If you like waiting then this store is for you. I've preordered everything from lunch meat to subs and prescriptions. Their favorite thing is to not have anything ready at the time you were supposed to pick up. Then you're behind the entire line already waiting. I don't know why I continue to do it. I just keep hoping that maybe one time the items will be ready. I have two toddlers, which is why I preorder. I really love listening to them scream while I have to wait for my items I've preordered. If only there was an option to prevent that. Oh wait there is. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

I'm very disappointed in the graduation cake I purchased from the Publix bakery. This cake was $100. The writing was terrible and the cake was off center in the box and smashed on one side. I wasn't the person who picked it up or I certainly wouldn't have bought it!

Great experience at the pharmacy today. My daughter’s prescription was already filled when I arrived, and needed only mixing. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, and it appears to be a well run and well oiled machine (as compared to many of the other chains who shall remain nameless). Appreciate the pharmacy staff.

I’m done with this pharmacy. They charged me 450.00 due to getting a prescription filled they said wasn’t covered. I get a preauthorization from my doctor and my insurance tells me it was approved and is covered. I go and get the refill and the pharmacy wants me to pay another 450.00. This ends up making my life a living hell due to the doctor’s office getting irate and swearing they had done everything correct. I’m caught in the middle and all I want is to get my prescription filled. The office manager has to get involved and when it’s all said and done the entire ordeal ends up being due to the pharmacy coding it and incorrectly in their system. Just wow!!!! Taking my business somewhere else..
