The deli girls are fire. It's the only one who, when you pre-order a pub sub thru the app, actually has it ready on-time. Publix at Old Market could take a training. However, taking off a star because they lack the selection of items compared to other Publix. Which would be cool, except that the Publix App will literally say the items are available at this location. Update the product list in the app, please.

This is a brand new Publix with a snack area and tables upstairs. The Publix store is very clean very well stocked and enough staff so you don't have to wait. The pharmacy staff has a bit of a bad attitude when dealing with customers.

I don't know why they don't just go ahead and shut the Parkway Centre/Schomburg Road location down and put us all out of our misery. I had stopped going to this location completely, even though it is closer to where I live than other Publix stores, because they were always out of nearly everything that was on sale. Their lame excuse every time is that they are a smaller location. This doesn't help me when I need something, whether it's on sale or not. In the time that I shopped there, I realized I was regularly having to go to another location just to finish my regular weekly shopping. This is ridiculous and inexcusable. I ended up there today because they were called by another store and they told that store they had a sale item I was looking for. When I got there, they did NOT have it, and I got the same, well-rehearsed excuse that they are a small location. BUT YOU SAID THAT YOU HAD IT! Waste of time. Never again...

Just did an Instacart order. Tall, black chick w/glasses bagged it. 1 curbside, 1 delivery. I told her ignorance put 1 @ the bottom. She caught a NEGATIVE attitude, got smart and said she's putting 1 @ the top and 1 in the bigger part as she knew to separate them. She still managed to mix the orders bagging them wrong as I had to separate them.
