Employees are friendly and helpful. Prices are higher than similar items at Walmart but I guess that's to be expected. The weekly sales there's usually always something you want at a good price and they offer foods that Walmart simply doesn't. I recommend getting the shrimp in seafood area when on sale and get it cooked in ole Bay ready to eat. I also recommend the family chicken deal when on sale from the deli. The subs on sale are also a good deal.

I’m starting to believe common sense is classified as a super power. If when I come to the register with my own bags (multiple) why would you try to stuff everything in ONE BAG!!! For Christ’s sake why would you put a pie in a bag sideways instead of laying it flat? Then the cashier wants to get an attitude because I’m frustrated with the lack of common sense by the bagger bagging my groceries after he says “that’s how I pack my bags”

Instead of buying a cake from a cake bakery, I decided to go to Publix. I ordered my daughter’s birthday cake days ahead of time. When I got there they had no knowledge of my cake order. They told me it would take 15 minutes to make it and when I got it, they took an already made cake and wrote my daughter’s name on it. It wasn’t what I ordered at all. The manager apologized and gave me the cake and balloons free but my daughter did not like her cake. It’s on the table drying up. 🙄🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Never doing that again.

Very expensive, clean and pretty but the prices are unbeatable, it doesn't make it. For the average family it is not an alternative

Too pricey,I go to the poor peoples grocery store. I buy lottery tickets at Publix. It's safer than convenience stores in my area. Wish I could afford to buy groceries there

Because I frequent this locationI did not give it a one. It was close to closing, and the women in the bakery wasn't helpful at all. I asked if they had the item in the freezer, and her response was they
haven't had the item in months when it was listed in the weekly ad. I should have asked for the manager, but I was tired. I had just left the gym. I went to the location in the Commons at opening, and the 2 ladies there offered to check the freezer, and I requested 3 for a work event.

The store is laid out pretty well and kept clean. People who work there are courteous and helpful.
