Sewing services aren’t what they used to be got a PC sewn on not centered at all brought it back to get it fixed and you have to wait a few days just for a PC to be sewn on

Upon pick up I noticed a hole in my brand new top by the US Army tape. To fix it, they sewed over it. When I got home, I noticed the thread was thin and black and was already starting to come undone. My name tape was starting to come off as well. The quality of work is poor and they had my uniforms for 5 days. Just go to commandos.

Needed rank sewn on a shirt and was able to get it done within 48 hours. No hassle. Was recommended to this place buy someone at the AAFES military cleaners inside of the PX.
Fast service. Not expensive.

Dont bring your uniforms here for tailoring. They did a poor job on altering my AGSUs and my dress mess. Completely put my sleeve braid on wrong and they bad job they did on my skirt is costing me $100 to get fixed somewhere else.

Nice store. I picked up an online order. Staff was friendly and helpful. However, they were sold out of several items and the store was generally understocked with multiple empty shelves.

I’d give a million stars if that was an option. Karen in alterations is my hero. My luggage was lost and needed a uniform made within a few hours. Not only did they make it happen, they did it with empathy. Not to mention they were already backed up and stopped what they were doing to save the day. Unbelievably awesome experience.
