“I moved into a BPRE property at the beginning of May 2026 and thought it would be helpful to others to hear about my experience. I contacted the office early April regarding a great 1 bedroom apartment. The property was very well maintained and appeared to be just what I was looking for. I followed all the appropriate steps as instructed by Liberty the rental agent. She took me step by step thru everything I needed to do. Being a senior citizen, I am suspicious of anything that appears to be, to good to be true. Liberty was very efficient and answered most of my questions before I even asked. I did as instructed, followed all the steps and despite my suspicions I now have a beautiful very large 1 berm apartment with great neighbors at an unbeatable price. I still thought that something was going to show up later to make me sorry, but 2 days after move in the property maintenance manager came by and arranged to have even my minor requests taken care of. I am overjoyed with my new place and learned that sometimes you can get things that are to good to be real. I would suggest that you check out other BPRE properties and have your dreams come true.
