Thank you for taking the time to set up my Regions banking app, being patient with me, and showing me how to utilize ALL the features! Only down side... Awesome bank and service. Gave 3 stars because the ATM is almost always out of service and there is only 1 in Columbus. It’s inconvenient.

This is by far the worst bank. They are holding my money for an fraud incident. Instead of doing a real investigation they are refusing too just close my account and release my HARD earned money. The branch manager David is very unprofessional and definitely don't care about his customers. He never returns calls and always act like he is so busy. Very unacceptable! I've been banking with them for 4 years and never not once had a issues with ny account. I need help. Into what can I do to resolve this issue before I lose everything I have because they won't RELEASE my momey!!

This is by far the worst region’s branch I’ve been to! Not only are they rude and slow they literally don’t care about your money I went to cash a check on a windy day and because of the amount I had to go inside when the teller went to send me my check back she didn’t even have the decency to secure my check so it went flying in the bank drive through which I had to chase after my own check! Someone really needs to come retrain that location! They are the reason I went to navy Federal!

Waitied 15 mins for the banker to show up and open a student checking account for my son for her to tell us they close in thirty minutes and she doesn't have time to do it! CUSTOMER SERVICE is dead

The absolute worse bank ever!!!! Had fraud on my account all the way in Peru, and was told I could not get my money back because I apparently authorized those charges, also called to stop a payment before it cleared and was told they will try to refund my money the next day ( never got it back) also never got the fraud money back. Been banking with them since 2017 and today i am leaving. They SUUUUCKKKKK. Customer service reps on the phone suck. They literally don’t help with anything they’ll tell you they will do this and that and never follow through with what they say they will do, don’t waste your time with this bank. Save your self the head ache. It was a HORRIBLE (almost 7)years with y’all. ???

They have the best banking system by a long shot! We have had all the big banks (Chase, B of A, Wells Fargo, etc. ) and none of them come close! Not only does this bank know you by name and voice, but anytime we have ever needed anything the manager (David) was always there or another of his colleagues were able to answer the phone and fix issues from stop payments, I.D. theft, check clearing, and many more! I can't say enough about this bank from the quick lines and outstanding customer service. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Mr David, you and your team are amazing! Keep up the good work.

Only one teller window is open. I have been asked to use the atm for a deposit because they were too busy. Not impressed at all. Walmart lines are taken care quicker. There’s also the time someone charged .03 to may account. It was disputed and I got my money back. However, I don’t understand why they allowed someone to .03 charge in Toronto when I have another charge from my hometown 1 hour prior.
