If I could leave 0 stars I would.UNPROFESSIONAL. UNACCEPTABLE. RIDICULOUS.I had my truck sent here because of incident. My truck was towed on 21 Nov 23 to the shop. I knew it was Thanksgiving and did not expect much this week. They began repairs 27 Nov 23 and said my truck would be completed 8 Dec 23. I called because the quote was only for external damages but I had both internal and external damage. I told Rachel about the internal damage and she said they have to service that out. They pushed the completion date forward to 13 Dec 23. On the 13 Dec, I get a text saying that it won't be ready until the 19 Dec 23. That week I call everyday about an update and one of those days I called twice but Rachel who handles my specific insurance claims was always "in the shop" every morning between 8-9 when I called. I call my insurance and tell them what's going on and my insurance calls and is told Rachel is "out to lunch." My insurance finally gets in touch with them and then I get a call from Rachel on 21 Dec 23 saying they are putting everything back together and I should be able to pick it by Friday 22 Dec 23. I waited all day and did not receive a call. Monday was a holiday but I waited all week. 29 Dec 23 I decided to randomly stop by to pick up the truck at 840 in the morning as it should have been ready a week ago. And to my surprise Rachel was in her office. Rachel says "we were waiting on an applique for your truck door because the one on the new door broke and we broke yours off your original when removing it. You truck will be ready in 3 hours." Now, if the external repairs were completed in early Dec and all that should have been worked on were internal repairs why am I back to waiting on external repair. I'm frustratingly upset and ready to take the truck somewhere else because the stories are not adding up. The truck has been held for 5 weeks and 2 holidays and had I not shown up it would have been 3 holidays because I still would not have received a call. Then Bill Frazier (the manager) wants to come out with an attitude because I said I was taking my truck and going somewhere else and say "you can take the truck but you have to pay the bill" and I said I'm paying my deductible and the insurance is paying the rest. He said the the only way you are getting the truck is to pay the bill and I said no. He would not release it. Why am I going to pay a bill that insurance is already paying. You won't be getting two payments. Then says ""well we aren't goin to clean it, we'll just fix it and give it back. Since you want to take the truck so bad." Ummm, hello it's my truck and you've had it long enough to repair everything (probably could have created an entire new engine at this point).I called and informed my insurance as to what has been happening and we've decided to have a diagnostic ran elsewhere. They've already damaged the truck once who's to say what they have damaged since I showed up randomly and now they will have the truck ready in "3 hours."This was my first and last time using them. If you share the same insurance as me they will no longer be supported here. And I don't need a "I'm trying to save face so let me reply to this comment" response. You said what you said and did what you did.UPDATE: My truck was ready 2.5 hrs later. My insurance called to inform me when it was ready. The center (even though they had my number because they had been calling me previously) called someone else to inform them the truck was ready. There was trash thrown around the truck and all of the quarters were stolen out of my cupholders. They rummaged through every part of the car - places that wasn't even damaged. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!"Integrity, Transparency, Professionalism" are some of the words plastered around the inside that you supposedly embody and that is the farthest thing from the truth!

Mike, over at the Rivertown auto collision, was outstanding. He kept me updated every day on the progress of my vehicle. I definitely recommend them for future work with anyone.

What a Nightmare!!Getting your car damaged by them on their property, instead of repairs ,while being stalled for almost a month ..

26 days,my car sat at the farthest corner of the whole complex, with no repair, got additional damage from them ,that l wasn't even told about.Never received a concrete estimate, was being stalled, supposedly can't find parts..I had my car towed away ,to another facility that is capable and willing to repair it.I found it interesting, that the price for parts and labor was double for me paying cash ,then was quoted to the insurance company and that l was told to pay $5k upfront for the parts with an undetermined finish date.Ohh yeah,in order to 'take back' my unrepaired car,l had to pay $200.00 'disassembling fee' upfront.I guess it was for taking off the bumper to look at any potential damage underneath. At this point,l was unaware of them backing into to intact front fender, tearing it up.!! Which I now have to pay for it getting fixed as well. How this 'person' Ms R sleeps at night,l don't understand. Crooks!!

My experience was wonderful. The associates were very polite, efficient, and kind. They communicated and updates that were made in regards to my vehicle’s maintenance. They even cleaned my car for me before pick-up. That made me smile when taking my car home!Service: Body & Trim

I am sure I will have to sue this business. They kept my vehicle for 30 days and did the bare minimum and didn’t complete the job. I was told to pick my vehicle up and when I did all the panels from the roof were everywhere! As I was driving down the interstate parts started to fall down. They destroyed my vehicle and refuse to return calls regarding them fixing things they broke while attempting to make repairs. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. It’s a shame you have to sue to get results.Service: Painting

This business repaired my car after the door was damaged in an accident. The repair was done ahead of schedule and looks great. I was kept informed of the progress while the repair was being done, which was also great because I used a different shop recently for a repair a different car and had to call over and over to get a progress report.Services: Painting

Very professional and polite the entire time. The staff is very friendly. I was given a date when my car would be repaired and it was completed on that day. If you want your vehicle repaired to its pre accident condition, this is the place for you.
