They keep their bathroom doors locked for whatever reason! ? hope you don't have an emergency .I asked an employee she had to call someone over that NEVER showed up!!I left my 200$ worth of merchandise!!

That Ross Store has a beautiful selection of children's clothes. I was impressed. I was looking for Peanuts/Snoopy Items and couldn't find any. The store is very clean, and employees are very friendly and helpful.

I visited Ross Dress for Less in Whittlesey Boulevard today. The store manager Crystal is the nastiest person I have ever spoken with in my life. This experience has been going on for a bit of time now me and my son will walk in the door and she will not speak. We will exit the store, and she will not speak, however, if there is a crowd in front of her and she’s ringing up people, she will look directly at me and my son and say in a sarcastic way have a good one, take care. Being that she never speaks to me and my son, and only does it in front of crowds I have had several people on the phone who have said the same thing she is profiling you and your son, as if you don’t have money to shop in the store. I really hope this post gets to her direct manager. I don’t feel comfortable even going to the store to buy anything else there anymore. I go there doing my breaks since I am a delivery driver and I have to wait for orders. I purchase a lot of things from Ross. As of now I don’t wish to come in contact with someone that is this unprofessional, I hope crystals district manager will let her know profiling is not OK it is not acceptable. They need to change the whole staff up, especially since everyone seems to be picking up her attitude. Let me not forget to mention that when she had a chance to show that she was sorry and apologize to me and my son, she says you can go up to the right and get the information to email my district manager if you want and that is exactly what I did her attitude with Nicey and it does not change whoever the district manager is Crystal is the nastiest person I’ve ever came in contact with.

Crystal has a very nastyAttitude towards customers on my way out I saw her speak very rudely to customers this is just one of many times I have visited and she has been very rude and nasty towards customers and she is supposed to be the manager this is unacceptable unbelievable and completely uncalled for I DO NOT RECOMMEND

Employee was really nice about the situation but had called same day and explained I had purchased a luggage 2 days earlier that had become cracked and the wheel broken from just moving from car to house. I explained I did not have my receipt and asked if their was a chance of and exchange since the store tag was still attached. The employee said yes they could do store credit and I could exchange it. I told them thank you and that I was calling to not waste their or my time with the whole process if they couldn’t do anything. I immediately drive up there and tell them I had called and re-explained the situation. Then they said no they couldn’t do anything because it was damaged. I told the woman I understood and thanked her. Leaving I definitely feel my time was wasted and wish all the employees were on the same page with the policies so others time won’t be wasted as well. Had to go to TJ Maxx and spend another $75 on another new luggage.
