Staff was kind, compassionate and addressed my needs in a professional manner,was in dire need of financial assistance regarding a past due and extremely high utility bill which they paid,thank you Lord. If I had a million dollars Id surely give back to this agency.

Went this month when they told me they had funds come on in and filled out application.. I did fill out application lady told me someone would call me within 10 days nobody did. Okay this is a problem because my friend brought me up there to get help they didn't.ok I called this morning she talking about they're out of funds but did not one person call me back had funds. I'm going say this they be giving funds to their families that comes up there three people I know for sure gets plenty of funds everytime they come in. They need fired the person who over these funds. Because she's not caring about nobody but her family and friends this is very unprofessional. I will be calling head person over this program

Very disappointed in the Salvation Army Captain. I worked as a Bell Ringer for the christmas season. And when I went to work one day, they had there Christmas Dinner and fed the homeless and people that didn't have hardly anything to eat. I worked 7 hours that day in the cold and after I got off work, I asked if they saved the Bell Ringers that worked that day a plate of food so we can have part of the Christmas Dinner. And they did not save any of the workers a good plate of food. Just because we were working for a check, doesn't mean that we don't need to eat. We didn't have to continue working ringing the Bell for them. Or we could have said that we wasn't working that day because we need to eat. Then the children of the less fortunate wouldn't have a lot of gifts like they had. Or help needed families pay on their utilities. All I am saying that they need to treat us better than what they did.
