Sam's Club Optical Center offers great deals on a wide collection of optical care equipment and supplies. Customers can choose from a broad selection of low-cost premium options, including designer reading glasses, frames, contact lenses, and sunglasses with polarized shades. The center provides frames to fit a doctor's prescription, with options like lightweight plastic or durable metal.
Service experiences vary. Some customers report extremely helpful and amazing service, with staff able to quickly replace broken frames and accommodate prescriptions efficiently. They are described as awesome, helpful, and working fast even when short-staffed. However, there can be lines due to staffing. A serious complaint involves an employee at the door attempting to convince a customer to apply for a credit card with fraudulent information, which management was notified about. Despite this, many customers love Sam's Club and choose it repeatedly, praising its great selection and fresh items, though noting lines can be long.
The people here are so friendly and helpful!! They really went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and not just settling. The store looks small but they have a wide selection of frames. We had an excellent experience here!

I've been a Sam's member for about 4-5 years and never in my life have I had to get my membership card scanned at the entrance until I came to this one. Wild.
