The worst customer service I have ever had. I was waiting in line to purchase a Morrocanoil gift box with three items. I opened the box. The cashier, a young lady with long dark hair, stopped ringing up the customer in front of me and said in the rudest of tones, “Don’t open the boxes.” I said I was looking to make sure everything was in there. She replied, “Everything would be in there if people didn’t open the boxes.” Unacceptable way to treat a now former customer.

I’m a beginner when it comes to makeup. Went in store not knowing what I wanted or needed and Bryce was extremely helpful! He fitted me for my foundation and gave me the most affordable brow pencil with the best coverage. Thanks so much again!

Terrible experience! One of the employees accused me of something I didn’t even do and he was very rude about it too. I went in twice in the same day with different people and my second time in is when he accused me. I do not appreciate it and find that such bad service. I was going to buy something as well but after that experience I put it down and just walked out.

Horrible customer service. Can’t ever keep anything in stock. Never switch out materials for the promos or trial kits. I’ve now switched moisturizers 3 times because they can’t keep anything in stock. I went again to check if they had any of them in stock and when I asked the employee to check she said sorry I “think” we have everything out already, and simply wouldn’t check.

Just visited, customer service as bad as I have ever experienced, shopping for perfume. Cashier in red cowboy hat had no time for me. Waved me off twice when product on the shelve was not available. I did not purchase anything at sephora or kohl's.

Disappointed. Came in and to get makeup for my wedding day. A very serious/important day in my life. Anyways, I wanted to get color matched because I haven’t worn makeup in a few months. I saw 3 girls behind the counter so I walked up and nicely asked if I could be color matched. One of the girls then looked at me and said “no, we quit” and she said it in the most serious, rude voice to make me think they don’t color match. Another girl laughed at the coworker and then when I was still looking confused said “oh we do”. Anyways she helped match my color and she was nice but I would have spent a lot more money had I not felt like I was a burden to be color matched. I just thought it was super unprofessional.
