I have been to Sephora in many locations including locations throughout europe. Most of my experiences have been very pleasant. This location was the absolute worst of them all. The associates were very rude. They talked over people. One of the associates look like they rolled out of bed and still had gum stuck in their head. The other associate looked like a toddler had found their mothers makeup box and smeared it all over their face. Not good. That is not what I expect from a beauty store. Management, if you are listening, you should really do something about your store. Good customers are walking away shocked at how bad it is.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Sephora. I just left, and the customer service was absolutely terrible.
One of the employees, a man (with Botox blindness) who seemed knowledgeable about makeup, was incredibly rude-constantly interrupting and speaking to me in a condescending manner. It was frustrating and unprofessional. Another associate, a tall Black woman, also made me feel unwelcome, looking at me like I was clueless when I was simply asking for help. I urgently needed the products, or I would have walked out. Sephora management, if you're reading this, please address the customer service at this location because it's unacceptable.

The girl with the red hair checked me out and she was very rude. I never leave Google reviews but this was a very bad experience. Something I was trying to buy did not have a barcode and she seemed to think it was my fault and was not at all helpful to get a replacement. She talked to me in a very condensing manner. I would not expect her to work in customer service at all. The other workers were great.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I was waiting in line to purchase a Morrocanoil gift box with three items. I opened the box. The cashier, a young lady with long dark hair, stopped ringing up the customer in front of me and said in the rudest of tones, “Don’t open the boxes.” I said I was looking to make sure everything was in there. She replied, “Everything would be in there if people didn’t open the boxes.” Unacceptable way to treat a now former customer.

I’m a beginner when it comes to makeup. Went in store not knowing what I wanted or needed and Bryce was extremely helpful! He fitted me for my foundation and gave me the most affordable brow pencil with the best coverage. Thanks so much again!

Terrible experience! One of the employees accused me of something I didn’t even do and he was very rude about it too. I went in twice in the same day with different people and my second time in is when he accused me. I do not appreciate it and find that such bad service. I was going to buy something as well but after that experience I put it down and just walked out.

Horrible customer service. Can’t ever keep anything in stock. Never switch out materials for the promos or trial kits. I’ve now switched moisturizers 3 times because they can’t keep anything in stock. I went again to check if they had any of them in stock and when I asked the employee to check she said sorry I “think” we have everything out already, and simply wouldn’t check.

Just visited, customer service as bad as I have ever experienced, shopping for perfume. Cashier in red cowboy hat had no time for me. Waved me off twice when product on the shelve was not available. I did not purchase anything at sephora or kohl's.

My daughter alway finds what she needs
