I used my debit card at pump to fuel .03 percent fuel back. I was charged a holding fee for 175$ including what I fueled. I never knew your own debit card will be used as if it was a credit card. Ppl really making money off of ppl illegally. There using your own money with no tip fee like wtf. Also I gotta wait like 5 to 10 business days. I don’t recommend fueling at pump.

Shell Gas stations are everywhere in Columbus. So convenient! I usually receive discounted fuel due to my rewards. This fuel is top tier and burns slower than other gases, hence , you gas less often. LOL! 😂

Correction for comment posted June 2022. When charge posted to card, it was for amount stated -$21.22 and not the estimated $30.00 (shown pending on bank website) as I commented earlier. It was my mistake and the attendant acted in good faith. I'm sorry.

Needed to fill up motorcycle but did not know how much. Attendant stated run card for amount above estimated gals and actual amount would be adjusted down when I received receipt. Receipt amount was adjusted down but charge on card was the estimated amount - $21.22 vs $30.00. "caveat emptor"

The most disgusting place to use the restroom! Had I not needed to go so bad, I woulda turned around. The business next door has no Public Bathroom so I had no choice, but the Georgia Health Department should close this one down!

In the last 2 years thos store has gone down hill. None of the pumps work as all have bags on the handle. Before that the card readers didn't work. Paid inside and it took 5 minutes to get the pump to produce 3 gallons. What good is a gas station that can't pump gas? Personally I think the store needs to be leveled and someone should start over.

I have stopped here three times in the past two months. All three times, the computers were down at the pump and advised to see attendant. This is very inconvenient. I am not wasting my time to walk inside, in order to pay for fuel. IMO, the owners of this location should not be allowed to carry the Shell name.
