Shirley Winston Park is a very well-known public recreational facility. It is great for walking and dog walking, with nice but confusing walking trails that need more directional signs. The park has a small old-school playground, monkey bars, and a couple of baseball fields. It hosts activities like softball and football games. There is a community Rec center, but it is not always open and needs renovation inside. The pool has been abandoned for years and is not finished. The park is very well lit at night and is a safe place. There is plenty of parking, making it a good hidden hang out spot, though it lacks picnic tables or grills. Grounds upkeep can be inconsistent, but it is sometimes picture perfect.
A beautiful day at surely be Winston Park got the Red Cross out here how cool is that we do have a blood shortage in Columbus my dog is super excited he gets to walk today with no drama I pray that it stays peaceful and pleasant and people please be safe in the world in which we live in now

There is always something happening here. Either someone has an accident or throws up, which closes the pool for an hour. However, the manager is very understanding and kind.
