I've only been renting a unit for a month and I would rather store all my stuff under a tarp in my backyard then to pay another month to a storage company who tacks on all kinds of unnecessary fees when a customer is late on rent like lock removal fee $40?!?! For when they auction off your stuff because u were unable to pay rent ( God forbid u run into financial problems) They give no breaks from what I read in all the fine print of the rental agreement. To be clear I have not been late and so this will probably not be an.issue for me. However I understand that some people sometimes have a hard time and struggle. I just will not support a greedy company. Not to mention there is someone in the office everyday but no way to call them .

We needed a storage unit asap to store for our college student belongings for the summer. Not only were they available to walk her through how best to store belongings, their communication was great as well. Ideally, if they were temp. control they would have received a 5. Will DEFINITELY use again.
