The young lady and gentleman at the front counter were extremely rude and mean to me. They denied me gate access just because my payment was a little late and told me it was my problem because I couldn't remember the code 😭 LIES!!! They were extremely friendly and smiling. They actually double teamed me giving me GREAT customer service. The young man went out before me to make sure the gate code worked. I know people leave jobs for all different reasons but I sincerely hope this team stays at least a while. I apologize I didn't get their names.

The staff Janice and Darius were nice people ,they are new but doing a great job of trying to help . There corporate is on the sloftul side of things. I waited a month and a half ,got the extra insurance required and received a increase on the then quoted price to rent , the very day I showed up the sign the lease on the 1st. Wow. Still the until is not ready, floors still need finished. Today is the 15th of July. I had to find another place to rent in town. This place told me that everyone will be paying the higher rent Starting this month. Got the impression that tenants aren't as important to the company as much as profit gains.

Worst place on the planet . Ac dont work mold in offices people sleeping in units this is a hood place . ants bugs everywhere.
They raise the rent almost every month. did this to me after i made the first payment . I moving out of there .
