Store has gone down after pandemic. Came in on 2/8/24 @ 8:40 before closing and no one ever said anything at the intercom... so I pulled up to the window to find the worker hiding behind the back door. Literally he peeked his head out wearing a khaki hat/ visor we made eye contact and he went back into hiding. Extremely

Thanks to Harold, Ciara and Amanda the service and shake was amazing also I called ahead to get a gift card and Harold had it ready when I pulled up these 3 are definitely KEEPERS !!

Worst experience ever!!! The açaí berries were frozen... the only smoothie king in the United States serve it that way.. frozen not fresh!! Go to Ride on for a good açaí brown in Columbus

This place does not deserve a one star rating. Horrible customer service!!!! The young man was extremely rude and I was given the wrong order after I repeated it 3x. He stated it's all the same thing. I wouldn't advise anyone to frequent this location.

Went through the drive through and ordered a pb swizzle bowl that is 14$ and received a completely frozen over bowl that was hard as a rock and I couldn’t even eat it. It looks like something they made and stuck in a freezer for hours. I didn’t even go back to get a refund or get a replacement. Terrible wouldn’t repeat if my life depended on it. Buyer beware. I threw it in the trash.

Ordered 2 smoothies, same kind, one had an enhancer. The young man said both were ordered the same, I said one had an enhancer. Instead of him being honest and respectful, he decided to lie and say look for the one that is more red. Really?

This is the worst smoothie king I’ve ever been to , the person that took my order was rude and barely let me talk, the smoothies were watery , and also a guy was in there yelling telling his coworkers nobody bother him to help until he smokes a black and mild , I will no be back at this location

I visit this location on Macon Rd on a regular basis, at least 3 times a week. And noticed the constant decline in service. For days they will have no inventory and recently there were out of everything except for blueberries and dates!! They can never take cash, only cards due to staff stating they were not given change when they opened. And their health Dept rating has gone from a 100 to a 92. I called the Corp office to make a complaint of the constant issues and was told I'd hear back from management. Not only did I not hear back...I was told by staff that the Mgr was mad at me for complaining and they were told they could now deny me service (although they still serviced me today)! So instead of the manager accepting, responding and acknowledging complaints concerning their lack of service, they choose to retaliate against the customer. They've lost business from me, my family and my colleagues for life and I definitely plan to notify others as well.
