Thanks, I'm not satisfied with the high cost of their HP inkjet cartridges in comparison with Office Depot which has a larger array of inkjet cartridges at a lower cost even though Staples has a price comparison that they won't tell you about until after a purchase. Office Depot still has military discounts, but Staples does not. I won't waste my valuable time shopping here when it takes one to two days to receive a refund back into your credit card account.

I had an excellent experience at the Copy & Print Center thanks to Kyle! He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, ensuring I got exactly what l needed. His customer service was outstanding, and he went above and beyond to make the process smooth and efficient. Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Staples. I've been on hold for 12 minutes trying to get ahold of someone at the store. I urgently need a compact flash card for a wedding tomorrow, and they are still not answering. This is unacceptable. I need to talk to someone in leadership as soon as possible to address this issue.

Wish I could give negative stars. Especially the lady working the copy station Saturday DEC 28th. Not only could I not print one sheet of paper bc machines were down on Dec. 23rd but returned on Dec 28th and machines still down. Now, that's the self serve machines. Their machines behind the counter were working. But both times the employees would not print my paper and asked me to return the following day. One sheet of paper I needed printed. The second time the lady at the counter laughed at my agitation. I could've said something to her but she wasn't worth it. WONT RETURN HERE FOR ANYTHING. There is a new ups store, locally owned, right down the street by publix. I started going there.

I used the printing service at Staples for the first time, and it was easy to order online and schedule for pickup. When I arrived, I wasn’t sure where to go, but Haley at the print counter was very friendly and helped me figure everything out. Great service, and I’ll be back for future print needs.
