Mr. Ricki is awesome, he definitely has the skills and knowledge to know what to do and also make sure to keep his clients happy unlike the females that work there. I'm only writing this review because Jenny did my nails as Mr Ricki wasn't there at the time and I was in dire need, I will wait next time for him because Jenny fkd up my real nails when I specifically said don't do anything with file or cutting my nails because it causes breaking when it took me 6 fkn years to grow them without any breakage and now I have to start all over again because someone doesn't understand proper ENGLISH!!! Like I said Mr Ricki is the best nail Tech I'd wait a lifetime for.

I spent about $115 but I added a tip so it was more money also I got French tip nail and toes and my nail had different designs to I like luna to do my feet and jay I believe her name is to do my finger nails. Also everything was how I wanted it to be !!

Tom was amazing! He did my wedding nails and I was so pleased. He was patient and sweet and talented. Today I wanted to cry. He was not in so I was very scared to even sit down. I was right! The lady who did my nails was rude and had an attitude. My nails were not the same color, and the shaping horrible. The picture on left was Tom and the picture on the right was the lady who did a horrible job! Big difference in the shape! I wanted my toes done but I was so pissed I left! Sad thing is I asked her to fix it and she rushed me out her chair! I appreciate the lady who did my eyebrows! Great job. But now I have an event Saturday and I got to go find someone to fix my nails! These nails are round not square abcs you can still see white around my cuticle cause she rushed polishing my nail. Unacceptable!

I always goes to star nail but this day I went in and got the young man and he asked me what color I said baby blue and he asked what design I was looking in my phone to pick a design next thing I know he asked me to get up and someone else got in the chair. I told the manager and she just looked at me and walked in the back. I was outside waiting for them to open and that woman just walked in. It's not the same since Tonya she brought order in there. Will not go back. I was so upset I wanted to cry.

I went in to get a fill and a pedicure, the problem I had was with the MR PUMICE! The guy that was doing my pedicure wanted to reuse it on me after he had clearly used it on someone else! NO NOT HAPPENING! So I requested a new one he had to ask the lady at the front that was welcoming the clients in and directing them to the staff where a new one was. She came over and told me that the used one had been put in a machine and cleaned and I could bring my own cause they paid a lot of money for the cleaning machine so that they can reuse them. She then advised me that it will cost me $5. I politely said NO the MR PUMICE is sold on Amazon for about $1. The guy used the new one on me and did an ok job on my pedicure but if you look at the picture you can see that the machine clearly didn’t do a good job of cleaning the used one you can see dead skin from whoever they used it on. Furthermore my pedicure was $55 and they want to reuse a $1 item on me I will not be returning to them.

This is the worst nail shop in Columbus. No one there can do a pedicure. They try to charge you to fix something that they messed up. Will never go there Going there forever, but the nail tech suck

A man did my nails and they were horrible. i was supposed to get french tips, and he out the nail on there and did color it or anything. it’s very chunky which is not what i asked for. i’m very disappointed in the service there. the thumbs look great, but for the most part i probably wouldn’t come back.

I went in for a simple polish change this was the worse paint job a toddler could have painted in the lines better than this and she had a attitude customer service was 0/10 I wouldn’t let these people touch a dog nail I hate I even stopped in

Kim Hawaii gave me a real manicure and slayed the gel nails. My fingers were ate up and she was so gentle and fast! Love and highly recommend ? ❤️

The first picture is what I had when I walked in I literally asked for this EXACT pattern and design just with two different colors !!! I sat in a chair for 30 mins before someone came and started on my nails then once the older man did the fill in I jumped from chair to chair to end up with a set that was just thrown together ..
I work to hard to spend my money somewhere that doesn’t provide what’s being asked .
And after an entire hour of bullcrap I still failed to get the correct colors nor leave with any design .. I’m very upset and I will not be returning
On top of a hour wait I was told I had too pay $25 for absolutely nothing ( the 2nd picture )
OH AND NO ONE EVER ACKNOWLEDGED THE fact that I came in for both a manicure and pedicure and left this establishment with neither done as planned !! ? ?

I have only been 3 times since it has been open. The service is poor. They overprice the services but the price doesn’t match the service at all. They run through the pedicure process so fast. You can’t give directions on what you want unless you use a Google translator on the technicians phone. My toenails are slanted and the dead skin was not completely removed from my foot. After she painted my nails (with regular polish), she poured oil on them while they were wet and told me it helps them dry quicker. My polish had to be redone by my tech at Angel Nails on Macon Rd. I walked out upset and dissatisfied. I complained but they didn’t care about anything other than my money. I will not return again!
