I stayed here last night 9-16-25 and I couldn’t sleep due to the noises from the next rooms showers and toilets, I explained this to management Dee and she said she told the general manager Lora Little who didn’t take the time to call me so she can hear these loud noises I recorded staying in room# 215. Dee claimed no other guests complained about these noises I don’t believe that because it’s too loud not to hear it. I wish I could attach the noises to this review. Dee stated the GM Lora was on the property, but left, but why not call me before you left, that’s what a person with good customer service skills would have done. My check in was a long wait because they had a guy who only worked the front desk 5 times per Dee, I don’t know why he would be left alone at the front desk knowing he wasn’t trained to do so. It’s more concerns that took place that I explained to Dee, and with all of this I was offer $20 off a room, which was horrible customer service to offer that knowing I didn’t sleep at all last night, they don’t care. I should’ve been compensated with another room because I didn’t get what I paid for. I tried to resolving these issues with these managers before writing this post and clearly once they get your money they could care less if you can sleep at night in their hotel which is here for you to sleep. The sofa and dining room chairs had stains on them, the sofa pillow was old, the shower wall had a stain, the washcloths had stains, the hallway had piles of items in it, and the toilet holder was on the floor. I could’ve put it on social media where I have a huge following, but it’s not my goal to hurt this business even though they showed me they don’t care about me and my sleep. I don’t like doing complaints, but this was unacceptable. The overnight clerk was very nice and welcoming give them a raise. I recommend writing the Better Business Bureau &/or the Consumer Protection Bureau because the managers doesn’t have any customer service or management skills at all.

I wish I can give this hotel no stars. Dee the front desk manger was very rude. I had a family emergency and she claimed I couldn't cancel or even be transferred to another hotel. She wasn't sympathetic at all. No type of customer service. She got my account restricted without my knowledge. I asked if the shoe was on the other foot how would she feel. Only thing she said was sorry. So I kept my reservation she got my account restricted and I couldnt check in and so I had to move hotels anyway. I'm telling u don't stay here horrible experience.

After staying at this hotel for a month due to my home flooding I’m not pleased with this location! The housekeepers were amazing! Amina, CJ and the guy that works night shift were amazing as well but the breakfast attendant was rude and very dismissive of colored people. I could speak or ask questions she would be very dry or not wanting to speak back but I’ve seen with my own eyes after I may have spoken and said good morning and not received a response a Caucasian person came right behind me spoke and received the nicest Good Morning back with a smile ! I didn’t bother to mention my concerns to management because this breakfast attendant happened to be the managers mother !!

I cannot say enough about the customer service and excellence (attentiveness, cleanliness, and culture) of Staybridge Suites here on Whittlesey Rd in Columbus. Moving to a new hometown can feel overwhelming. Having to navigate a transitional period of a month in an extended stay adds a whole new layer to that process. The helpfulness of the team, from the front desk and meal teams, to housekeeping and management -- all wonderful. Amina (spelling?) in particular, is a breath of fresh air! We feel incredibly thankful for the warm welcome and commitment to making this stay enjoyable.

Words will not be enough to describe the professional and friendly staff, clean facilities and wonderful amenities! From reservation to check in and throughout stay, everyone here has been AMAZING! Thank you Mac, Amina and Justin especially and all the other staff as well! We feel like family and are treated like royalty.

Trying to charge me for early check-out, they advertise on a Federal Government website and tried to charge me for early check-out, in 12.5 years this has never happened to me, on top of that, my A/C did not work upon check-in and gave no compensation (even just points) after I had to hump all my baggage up to the next floor. This hotel is not Government friendly, and would advise all traveling Federal Government employees to avoid this hotel. They are listed within the E2 system, and violate ALL rules associated with being allowed to advertise on our travel site. Will never stay here again.

I had such a great stay at this hotel - I wanted to give the staff kudos !!!
Craig is one of the nicest people I have ever met & he is amazing 12/10 customer service skills.
Candace was the breakfast attendant and was so awesome- she handled a sold out hotel keep things clean and in order -very nice person.
Dee was very nice answered all my questions and I noticed she was helping everyone to keep things running smoothly.
Amina was very welcoming she made checking in smooth & easy- she let me know about the many amenities- breakfast time, pool, laundry area etc customer service A+
Will definitely stay here again !!!!

I am hotel picky. We had stayed in another IHG hotel in this town and when we needed to book another night, they were booked. We came across Staybridge and decided to give it a try. I am glad we did. My whole family said this location was better than the other IHG hotel we had stayed at and wished we would have spent our 2 days at this location. I am typically not a fan of pet friendly hotels, so I didn't have high expectations going on. To my surprise, you could not tell that pets have stayed here. There was no hair and no bad smells. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and beds comfy. There is a great pool area with a fire pit and grills if you wanted to use them. There is free laundry on site. The breakfast exceeded our expectations on what all was offered. I especially liked the coffee bar. It had lots of options. My teens appreciated the soda machine offering. The parking and property are safe. If you are looking for a hotel in Columbus, absolutely book this one. You won't be disappointed. We will for sure be back!

Great customer service! The room was clean with new furniture and appliances. Nice 24/7 laundry room.
