Worst service ever since merger. I can't believe the employee told my child after investigation that they found he was not responsible for fraudulent activity caused on his account that he needs to pay the fraudulentactivity fees after the employee indicated if he's deemed NOT RESPONSIBLE WE WILL REFUND HIM. Well guess what he was deemed NOT RESPONSIBLE AND STILL WANT HIM TO PAY FEES FOR SOMEONE ELSE'S FRAUDULENT DOING. He went in the bank 2 weeks ago and the male employee didn't open the case that he was supposed to. They expedited it when he went back in today because he hadn't received an email. TRUIST closed the account and told him he can open a new account but want my child to pay the fees for fraudulent activity on the closed account that TRUIST deemed him NOT responsible for. What sense does that make? If you think he didn't do any fraudulent activity you wouldn't offer to open a new account since someone has gotten his account information. Mail has been stolen from several mail boxes and so forth. I'm on the speaker phone hearing this myself. I work in finance and in credit. Then because we say TRUIST should reverse the fees the employee says well did you give anyone your account number in Atlanta. D or whatever your name for repeating that TOM FOOLERY should not be working in a bank. No wonder TRUIST HAS SO MANY LAWSUITS AND ANGRY CUSTOMERS. I WILL BE MOVING ALL MY MONEY BACK OVER TO WELLSFARGO BECAUSE IF YOU TREAT MY YOUNG BLACK COLLEGE SON LIKE TRASH I DON'T WANT ALL MY HARD EARNED MONEY BEING TAKEN BY A BANK THAT WANTS YOUR MONEY JUST BECAUSE!!

For friendliness, I give 5 stars. For speed of service, I give 1 star. The branch manager could help out by manning a teller window during times of heavy customer traffic. We would all appreciate it.

So to me my service was unprofessional. In the past aj have cash check from college there previous for pell grant money. Never have I been charged a service fee for cashing the check. Because my college which make millions bank with Suntrust. The branch manager had an attitude so I got one back and she tried to refuse to cash my check after writing in the back of it. She also was upset she had to over ride the system but it her job so Why was that a problem. Finally after i was fees I was like charge me the dollars and she had the nerve to tell me to go to my bank for now on.

I came in Friday at 4:20 to change something on my checking account. Steven Boggus, Branch Manager, assisted me. He didn't want me to have to wait in line for someone else to help. I then learned that he was 20 minutes late for being off for vacation. I so very much appreciated his help and kindness!

1 star is too many for this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Tried to cash a check. Have previously used Bradley Park location. Instead of explaining fee ($7) the teller just wanted to argue. Another teller jumped in & explained he personally uses Wells Fargo. I asked for management but of course they weren't available. Not sure why as I was the only customer in the bank. I recommend throwing your money in the river as oppose to using this bank. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Will never use/recommend this branch.
