I try open account and i am deaf the account lady had mess up on the account then she did try fix it then now I had account said it fraud on the account as soon I sign in the account online and try open the saving account I was plan place 60 more dollar to the account then they fraud and close my account so It was my first time do the truist app and manage thing so I try have my account for 120.00 I already had that account has 60.00 on checking account then try add 60 to my savings account on that Friday they close my account what reason why that not right so I got letter but not understanding letter so I don't feel right I had this bank before now they said they fraud now this lady put down the wrong address then I try check on that was wrong then I told her then she said oops then try fix it then got right address then now I start not like this back too stress for me

Now Truist. This is an excellent location, friendly and helpful bankers in the back. Cynthia took the time to work with me even after closing on a Friday night. Super helpful, very knowledgeable.

While this is not directed at this particular branch, it is meant for the entity that calls themself TRUIST BANK. We are SunTrust customers and ever since the merger the customer service has been awful. The Policies in place are non forgiving and the trust in banking has declined. I am NOT HAPPY with this institution and will be seeking to change Banks. I get offers in the mail weekly so instead of tossing them, I will be doing my research to find a bank that makes the Customer come first!

Drive in takes awhile. I go early before 9:00 AM to solve that problem, but all the tellers are very polite and professional per my experience. Trust has many customers.

I’ve been in banking 8 years. I’ve been a teller, personal banker, universal banker and now a branch manager. It’s already bad enough since BB&T merge with suntrust I’ve had issues. But neither the less the teller pops up on tv screen not with a bubbly attitude. I sent $4.75 of quarters in the tube. Instead of saying hello how are you today. She pops upAnd says going forth you can’t put change in the tube you have to come inside and then turns off the screen this was so horrible and said it nasty. Then she sent my tube back with a dry have a good day and turns back off screen this is despicable

Now that they have merged with BBT and become Truist, they are awful. Awful. The customer service is so bad. I have been on hold with them for literally hours over the last month. At this point I just want to close my accounts, and they are making it impossible. I banked with Suntrust for 25 years and never had a problem. Less than a month into the new merged bank and I've already moved to another bank. For starters, they didn't send the new debit cards after the merger, then refused to send both of the cards. They have made it impossible to close my accounts. Wait times on hold start at 20 minutes and go up from there. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them one day. Most of that time was on hold. I just want my accounts closed. Good job Trusit, you lost a customer who had been with Suntrust for a quarter of a century in less than a month.

The customer service at this location has gone down substantially in last few months. Your wait time is horrible and I have to leave the bank many times after waiting for long time. Today is one another day. Hope they read these reviews and take corrective actions. They combined the two banks without increasing the staff. The staff is trying to do their best under the circumstances.

Don’t ever come here if you are in a hurry. With just two cars in front of me in the drive-through it took me 55 minutes to get served.

This is a SunTrust and BB&T in one. Went in for a notary twice. Very pleasant staff! Parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver. They do have a drive thru.

I do not personally bank at the Bradley Park Suntrust but have been bringing commercial deposits here for the past 5 years. Over the past year, the service wait time in the drive thru has been horrific. Having been in the banking business, I know it is sometimes due to customer transactions, however it should not take 25 minutes to wait on 2 customers. Hopefully they can figure out if this is a staffing issue or an operating system issue.

Had to sit in line for a hour in line 1 the other two line move so much faster. Whom ever or what ever they are doing they need to rethink the person on the line. Drive thru sucks on Saturday for sure!
