Drive thru ATM does not return your card prior to dispensing cash. It also issues the receipt, increasing the likelihood that a card will be left behind.

Only asked the question of how long it would be a hold on my check since the account is new IF I was to deposit vs just cashing and the lady took it upon herself to go ahead and deposit it instead of answering my questions so I can make my own decision... now since the account is new I have to wait 3 weeks before my money is posted to my account. What if I needed that money now?????

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! Long lines, poor management and tellers with poor attitudes! If you use Synovus, stay away from this branch.

Terrible experience at Macon Road branch on two occasions. I absolutely hate having to go to this place. The employees are not friendly. Synovus used to be a very friendly customer experience, but apparently, that has been thrown out with the trash. I am closing my two accounts with this bank, going elsewhere. "Hometown" used to be a good thing, but not anymore. Guess they just take us for granted now and don't live up to standards, thinking we wouldn't dare go somewhere else. Well, Synovus, there are way many choices! Goodbye!

Don't come there. Worst tellers ever hired for banking. Slow. Always something different they come up with today that don't apply tomorrow. It's a mess here. Bank with any other bank than SYNOVUS.

This has got to be the slowest synovus bank in columbus. Everyone is so rude. I really wish the bank by peachtree mall was still open. They were awesome.

I’d like to thank Marnie Reynolds for totally disrespecting myself and my mother while she was trying to reopen a safety deposit box. She had to come to that location due to her normal location closing. Instead of being welcoming and explaining the changes with the safety deposit box, we were forced to go to another Synovus location where the representative was helpful and not so condescending. I recommend she find a position elsewhere.
