I love the quickness of the service. I love not having to get out of my car. I also love that I can come in between oil changes to get air in tires checked, and refills on windshield cleanser. ALWAYS WITH A SMILE.

I've never had a bad experience with them. They have Always been friendly fast and efficient. They offer a bottle of water when you pull up and I've never sat longer than 15 or 20 minutes. Most of the time I'm in and out in 10. They always have coupons that are sent in the emand that's just all around good service

Everybody was supper nice and easy to deal with. It was my 1st time visiting this place of business. They were willing to address my needs as best and as fast as possible to make sure I satisfied. They made me feel like an important customer. Good Job!!

I came to leave a review and realized I reviewed them two years ago already!I am updating it to drop a comment as well: the service here has always been great from that day to this! I love that they answer any questions I have and always tell me what they are doing. This is a fantastic way to get my oil changed but also I can then drop in any time I'm about to road trip to make sure my fluids are topped off for free.Always fast and super friendly. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff......don't try unnecessary upsells......positive environment....they really seem to like their jobs. One issue: On my last two visits, they have not checked the air pressure in my tires until I asked them to. I was under the impression that this was a standard for servicing a car. Wonderful customer service! These boys have got it going on! They greeted us with cold bottled water and took us right in. They had several people working on our truck and were so friendly and professional! I highly recommend using them and we will definitely be back!Service: Oil change

The employees at the location in Columbus ga are so professional and so kind! As a woman we can some times feel as if we are getting taken advantage off with trying to push other stuff on us to purchase but not here. I am so impressed with them that they now have a new customer!

Pulled up on a busy, football Saturday morning for a last minute oil change! There was 1 car ahead of us in the bay in our line. A gentleman immediately came out handed us 2 waters and said someone would be with us in a few minutes! Within 10 min (or less) we were in the bay ready for service! These guys were all amazing! They were all communicating and helping each other with every customer all while still communicating with us regarding our needs! We sat there in amazement because nowadays you rarely experience GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We were very satisfied with the work ethic we experienced at this location! 5 STAR service is what we received! GREAT JOB ??!!

Came there to get my oil topped off. Not only did they top off my oil, they also checked my tires air pressure and to see if anything needs to be filled under the hood.And the employees are so nice! They offered me a bottled water after everything was done.

Not sure who anyone gets their oil changed with, take 5 is awesome! I’ve been at least 8-10 times and these guys have been on point every time! Takes no time and these guys know what they are doing! It’s been super easy every time! Kemis is always my go to

Horrible experience. Star was rude. Not to mention, when I left there my car stopped functioning completely. Went in for an oil change, and when I left, my vehicle wouldn’t crank, and I lost all traction control. Went back 30 seconds later to see what the issue was and the employees acted like it was an issue that I had questions about what was going on with my Lexus. If I could, I’d give 0 stars. Such a pleasant experience! Greeted by a very nice young man named James with two cold bottles of water as soon as we pulled in. Very quick service. Even cleaned my windshield and checked my wipers to see if they needed replacing, which they did not.Service: Oil change

Marvelous location. My husband and I came here for an oil change and we have never felt so taken care of simply from a little oil change. They were well informed, didn’t try to push anything extra on us, and did their jobs excellent. James helped us and just by his kind nature, we WILL be coming back!!!
