I’ve shopped Talbots for years with great customer service as it should be in a high end store. Lately, though, there is an extreme lack of customer service in the Columbus Ga store. Yesterday there were three ladies working in there but no one wanted to wait on me. I’m done with Talbots.

I've been a Talbots shopper for 25 years. I shop the Talbots in Columbus, GA on a regular basis. Columbus has the best Talbots! Courtney, the manager, is amazing with great customer service!!! The staff is awesone!

Very unfriendly staff. The staff is always standing around and they have their nose in the air. I always feel snubbed when I shop here. I spend a lot of money to be treated poorly.

Love my local store, do not care for the corporate decision by Talbots to close our only local women's clothing store. Not impressed at all with the owner of the property for failing to negotiate a reasonable rent. Perhaps all of their businesses that lease from them will warn others to do business elsewhere.

Took my 91 year young mother to exchange a gift. The ladies could not have been nicer. I decided I am confused by women's apparel! Glad I don't have to figure it out and was happy for the help.
