Asked an associate to page someone to electronics earlier today; after 30 minutes no one came so I left. With so many people walking around someone should have been available. I asked other associates that walked by and they said it was not their department.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! The employee Shannan was extremely rude when I politely asked for assistance—she was not friendly in the slightest. She did not offer any help until after I had been waiting at the kiosk for approximately 15-20 minutes.
As for the cashier at the front—don’t even get me started. She demanded a receipt from my brother for the PS5 he had just purchased, even though the associate in the back had literally announced that someone had made a PS5 purchase moments prior. Completely unprofessional experience.

I'm a doordasher so I'm here shopping quiet often sometimes multiple times a day. 99% of the time it's a great experience with pleasant interactions with the employees but today was different. Jazz at self checkout was rude and just had a bad attitude for no reason. I needed her help to unlock headphones and she snatched them out of my hands and seemed like it was a problem she needed to do her job. Then I accidently rang something up so I had to have her void it out and she had a attitude with that and when I told her sorry and thank you for taking it off she didn't say a word then I said it a little louder just in case she didn't hear me and she just walked away. She was very unprofessional.

So me and my 3 buddies decided to shop here on our 4 day break from Army airborne school in order to shop for hygiene essentials and such. While we were shopping there were boys probably around the age of 13-14 running around the store screaming. After a while store employees approached them and kicked them out they then saw us nearby and immediately came up to us unprompted and kicked us out for absolutely no reason. We questioned it and the manager, Jaylon’s only answer to us was because we were near where the boys were, even though plenty of other people were in that section of the store I guess 4 grown adults shopping are the cause of the problems.

They now have things locked behind plastic. Bad enough when the Ulta moved in and made the small store smaller, but this is the last straw.

Went to buy the Onyx Storm book on release day, waited about 40min in the long line and I knew there was a large chance since I didn’t get there early that I probably wouldn’t be able to get the target edition but I didn’t expect them to allow the ones in the front to buy more than one copy of the book. They had limited copies of the target edition and still allowed people to buy more than one but god forbid you try to use more than one coupon at the register.

Don’t expect to get any help finding and item you absolutely need. Either their kiosks where you ask for an associate don’t work or they acknowledge the alert and just never show. I had one woman even request another associate and still never showed. Ended up wasting 30 min in all to just be ignored. Thankfully we don’t live here otherwise I would do everything to avoid the store.

The people there are so nice and helpful. But I have shopped at a target in Opelika, and Montgomery AL, as well as in Newnan, and Atlanta Ga, and this one in Columbus is not a clean place. Go in the door and immediately you see a full trash can with no cart wipes. Every single time.
And this is true every day of the year. Disgusting. And I have spoke to several employees on many occasions, and nothing changed. Sad.
