had returns; shopped and picked up other items to exchange. stood at cash register for a few minutes with employee a foot from me and she finally addresses me with "can I help you"; really, no i'm just sanding here. very little communication with me during my exchange and purchase; so nonchalant, i failed to realized she over charged me, but i will go back and rectify that transaction. If you dont' want to work, don't come, stay home. that's why i shop online, dont need attitudes. no customer service training.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever!!! Failed to provide refund correctly, provided incorrect information on the refund process and the availability of certain items. Majority of the staff are unprofessional and lazy! I had to refer to Customer Service via phone in order to receive adequate service. The store manager need to fire and hire staff IMMEDIATELY!!

Horrible customer service. Store Clarks were rude and unhelpful. They were rushing us to leave as it was time to close. Very poor customer service experience. We visited Monday 06/28/21

I was going in the store to shop for my toddler. The store was so messy and disorganized. I walked right out. It was a Monday and the mall wasn’t busy so I’m not sure why it looked like that in there.

I have been shopping at Children's Place since my own kids were small. This kids clothing shop has great fun clothing and some school uniforms. Their clothing is generally comfortable for kids with lots materials focusing on cotton, jersey and polyester. This location has good staff members, and keeps their store generally clean.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING ONLINE WITH THE CHILDRENS PLACE THEY LEAVE YOUR MERCHANDISE OUTSIDE YOUR HOME IF YOUR NOT HOME AND YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL KIND OF HOOPS N HURDLES TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE FROM THS CORPORATE OFFICE ALL THE WAY DWN MY ORDER WAS PLACED END OF FEBRUARY MISSING THE BEGINNING OF MARCH AND UPS CONFIRMED THE PACKAGE WAS LOST AND I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND OR ANY CONTACT UNTIL I CONTACTED UPS AND THEY INFORMED ME THEY ARE PAYING FOR THE PACKAGE N I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER FOR DETAILS N WEN I FINALLY DO I STILL GET NOWER!

There is a line 15 deep and 1 person is working the register and 3 people are laughing and folding cloths!!!- no manager around and the 3 are laughing at customers. Very very poor service. Will no longer come to children's palace. Do not waste your time here.

Horrible costumer service & employees have attitudes. 40 mins until close with a line wrapped around the store & manager closes one register so only one is open. Computers coding out .. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 👎
