Store refused to fill my propane tank because “we don’t do that within an hour before we close” despite TSC not having a policy for this, and this same store filling propane tanks later in the night for me before. Sorry excuse for employees that refuse to do their job. 07/06/2025 at 6:05 PM. I'll take my business elsewhere, not that the sorry employees give a crap.

Loved the pet wash, brought my doggy and enjoyed it only downside was that it was very very dirty in there and the people before had left it a mess. The soaps were almost all gone and all the brushes were very full of hair and also we asked for conditioner and never got any not sure if it’s included but idk. Had fun and my dog smells better and is clean. Good price and enjoyed it

Today really upsetted me how they treat their animals and employees. The baby ducks had no water no food they were hunting for it . No employees on the floor besides the one in the front. I went up there to tell her about it she was nice about it she called and told someone . And that lady was so rude about it saying yeah I just put them in there I said wouldnt you have the food and water already set up for them before putting them in there ? She just looked at me rudely . And I'm pregnant and nobody asks to help me load my feed bags up for me neither . Really don't like this store . I started just buying it all online .

I asked for help to find an item and a employee to me to wait in the checkout line and ask a cashier. Well, I decided to browse through the store and search for myself. I couldn’t find the item. So, I got in the cashier line and finally asked the cashier. She told me to look on the left back wall of the store. She refused to get someone working in the store to help me. I went to where she said and learned that the item that I was looking for was sold out. The staff there are lazy and will NOT HELP YOU! Also, the parking lot is congested as well as the handicapped area is only for 2 vehicles and doesn’t meet guidelines. I will never go there again unless I have an apology from the store owner!

Always a good experience. My only complaint is the Neighborhood Points Club. Member truly only get coupons and you must have the email with you to use.

I was going to order some large rocks for my garden as they were not available in store. The shipping charge was 42.00, went to Home Depot site and got the same for 9.00.
Their charge was outrageous in comparison

Love coming here. I got my first batch of chickens & ducks 4 years ago and I come by here often for my feed & hay. I'm at a flock of 15 or so, they've been great egg layers. Kayla displayed impeccable customer service at the Midland, GA store and helped me with a discount + to get my phone number changed on my account. The people are great and will help you out in a heartbeat, always give me a reason to come back.

We have always used the pet wash at this store. The pice is great and it has been clean.This last time there were no towels, normally you get two. One dryer was missing so that left one for 3 people.The new guy at the register did not know what to say. The manager for Sunday did not like being there and was rude.We always bought various items when we were there also.
